Just before the lock down I used the car park at Hove Goldstone Retail Park and was issued with a PCN from UKPC for leaving the site. Firstly, the original ticket was issued with the wrong registration number printed on the ticket. Stupidly, I contested the ticket with them and they have sent me a letter stating that a new, amended PCN has been issued with the correct registration number. They have said I can appeal again or wait for a POPLA verification code.
