Happy House Anniversary to you.  Hopefully the next year will be just as great.  You certainly have some great plans and i have a feeling you will definitely achieve them.  I'm still working on getting a mortgage on my own, so hopefully this time next year we will both be further forward.
Good luck to you too SLM, I'm working towards this too but for me i'm one step behind you and at the moment my goal is to get a job so that I can save for deposit and get a mortgage. We are all in our own journeys but its great to be able to push each other forward.

Happy Anniversary! You've done so much and got such brilliant plans.

You simply think of something, then mobilise to do it. Amazing. No faffing around.
    Thank you

ooh @HelloB  <3 the tracker, thank you so much, it's practically spot on albeit a few pence difference. I can play around with my tilly tidies 🧹 easily, to see by the end of the year what additional OPs I need to make to hit my round figure target. Is it sad to love a spreadsheet  :D ?

@Sistergold Fantastic! When you put your mind to it, the savings keep climbing.

@Sandyra Glad it works with your numbers. I'm always a couple of £ more, compared to what my lender calculates. Not grumbling!

    Question:
Where would you put extra saving, to get a decent rate of return?

For example, SG has a goal of £100k savings in 4 years or less. Say £25k a year, that's £5k above ISA limit. Where would one put this extra amount for a decent return?
