Happy Anniversary! You've done so much and got such brilliant plans.

You simply think of something, then mobilise to do it. Amazing. No faffing around.

Happy House Anniversary to you.  Hopefully the next year will be just as great.  You certainly have some great plans and i have a feeling you will definitely achieve them.  I'm still working on getting a mortgage on my own, so hopefully this time next year we will both be further forward.

Good luck to you too SLM, I'm working towards this too but for me i'm one step behind you and at the moment my goal is to get a job so that I can save for deposit and get a mortgage. We are all in our own journeys but its great to be able to push each other forward.

I think seeing others achieve what we are aiming for is really helpful too.  It is quite crazy that we are wishing for a great lump of debt (mortgage) so we can see how quickly we pay it off lol.  I realise it will then leave us with our very own home :)
