That's actually part of what I'm looking forward to when my kids completely move out. When they are here I feel fully responsible for them. When they stay overnight elsewhere I don't. Glad I'm not the only one. And the peace. When Ex moved out taking all of his annoying noise with him it was such a physical relief...

It is sad to say that we get to a point where you are just glad someone is gone! I am so glad to have the bedroom to myself now 🙊 no bumping into each other in bed, no snoring keeping me awake! To be honest I am now living THE LIFE!

    Hello ladies
Well December is well under way and new year and new year resolutions and all? One resolution I really need to make is to get back to my ideal body weight. In readiness to have a good start I would like to get back onto the 5:2 diet. Tough times call for this. To make eating 800 calories on my fasting days interesting I have bought an 800calorie recipe book. Hope this will take the maths out of the whole plan?  Let’s see if I will be motivated enough to lose any weight?

Good suggestion, will need to think of ways to reward myself? Anyone with what rewards worked for them? Xx

Perhaps make a list of your wants / what makes you happy

Then say for every half stone or stone you can have X or points towards X depending on how big X is.

Yes, I will have to find a way of celebrating every 5kg I lose. Going out for dinner with a friend for that occasion sounds appealing. 🎉🥳
