Trace Letter - Is it too late to ask the landowner

So just called BW legal. Apparently it has gone through the courts and my defence was obviously !!!!!! poor. I still cannot find any evidence of it. I can only assume I left it late and rushed it. Looks like there is nothing I can do other than maybe go to the court and try for mediation?

Spoken to Northampton County Court. They said I have ticked mediation back in April but she can see nothing has been done about it. She is escalating a query as o why this is. I will email them to say I have spoken to the lady so I have some trail. I literally have no trail on this at all but it could be because BWlegal had spelt my email address incorrectly.0

Ask the CCBC for a copy of the defence you submitted.2

You need a copy of the defence. We need to know shat you put and what the particulars of claim said. Why are you thinking anout mediation and phoning BW Legal? Stop!
These are both no-nos. And when you call the CCBC, surely the first thing you ask for is a copy if the defence if for some unknown reason you fidn't keep one. Also ask for the Particulars of Claim and who the claimant is (unless the BW letter tells you that much).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A CCJ can only happen if you lost the case and then did not pay. You have not even been to court yet
NO MORE contacting BWLegal2 -
