The NEWBIES thread section under the red heading 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' tells you what is important to you and what to do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But the OP has told us they have not yet seen a Claim Form...Le_Kirk said:Have you actually received a N1 claim form from CCBC in Northampton? If so, what is the date of issue? Did you submit the AoS via MCOL and if so, on what date?nick325i said:No not had that yet, only a letter from bw legal. Should I reply to them or wait for an N1 claim form?
@nick325i, can you please show us the second page of that latest letter.2 -

The second page of that letter clearly shows that you have filed a Defence.
Are BWLegal telling fibs?
To have filed a Defence, you must have received a County Court Claim.
So why, when asked by @Le-Kirk, did you state that you had not received a N1 claim form from CCBC in Northampton?
I'll have to leave this with you until you can get your story straight and tell us exactly what's going on.

Shall I call BW legal?0

Ive looked back through emails. I have no evidence of that, just another parking issue from 2016. How can I find out for sure?0

Does anything in what you've redacted look like it might be a claim reference number?
(I find it strange that you'd forget about receiving a court claim, and forget going through the process of drafting and submitting a defence).Jenni x2 -
I had another couple in the last few years. I genuinely forgot about this one thinking they had dropped it. If I drafted anything on this it wouldnt have been sufficient. I am pretty sure I would remember too which is why I said no in the first place!0
