does the solicitor’s quote include court fees?
For a consent order it would be rare for a solicitor to attend court
A court fee is paid by everyone who needs to access the courts, it has nothing to do with paying a solicitor to attend court.

I’ve looked at them. Is it an easy process? I’ve had my email about the divorce and the decree nisi will be pronounced on 26th May so I want the consent order done before we apply for the decree absolute.
After seeking legal advice and telling him that he’s going to be lucky getting 50% he’s being amicable as he knows I could fight for a lot more!

I found it straightforward. But it depends on your circumstances
