Seriously I have been busy driving through London every day my god what have they done to Park Lane and the only road to go through congestion charge or movement tax  I call it , bit like the light tax years ago if you had to many window's.
Not just there every where the new Movement Tax about as popular as Thatcher's Poll Tax
One lane left for cars and van's all the bridges across the Thames close road works or construction on approach roads to those not closed or restricted what a Mare Mr Mayor !
I think ULEZ North and South Circular Roads will end Mayor Khan next year when he makes the only asset some people have worthless their car how will they tax us then ?
We are in crisis pandemic can the less well off all afford new cars at this time Stop this Rip Off Tax.
Unless we get a proper fair scrappage scheme for our old bangers well up for that nice new clean motor's for all paid for by city hall ( Fat Chance)
So when all the traffic is at a stand still around congestion land does not all the pollution from traffic going no where fast blow into the West end ? on a breezy day ?
Lets go green cheap clean cars for All not Tax Tax and more Tax.

I have been talking to many Amazon van drivers based at Wembley this week all self employed angry and fed up with London's roads tickets , moving traffic violation's and a system that is just out to take very hard low pay from their pockets first meeting for MADDR soon hum where shall it be ? how about Mc Donalds at Wembley Park Retail Site Big Mac's LOL just to make sure we all do not get a ticket ! or just use the WC

Ok back to the issue 
Strange going on's 
first Letter from the court saying that I had agreed to Paper hearing by e mail  when I was really pointing out that people should not have to go to County Court for a parking ticket it should be dealt with by an independent adjudicator.
Then a few days later another letter stating that Paper Hearing Vacated and case adjourned until January maybe" Proper Jobs "150 page submitting has backfired on him who knows I don't because I am no longer involved in it .

The next tit bit may be " Me and The Shadow " that was interesting Jeff got sacked from the show for doing a story with the News's of The world not for being outed for crack dependency by the Sunday Mirror, The Super Grass James Girlfriends was supplying the Producers of the show  or so she claimed .
They where going to help him with rehab until he done the Story with  News of The World.
Before becoming one of the gladiators he used to do security for London's biggest coke dealer  G he went missing apparently.

I don't know on what basis that they are employed but a solicitor would have to be registered with the SRA. 

You are unlikely to know the person who will represent the Claimant until shortly before the hearing so there is no way to check whether the person representing the Claimant has the right of audience. 

I am not sure that the person in my hearing had completed the full training as a barrister. He had taken bar exams and been called to the bar but had not undertaken a pupillage. I only knew that when I looked at LinkedIn after the hearing.   
     

That's interesting: our solicitor who helps us with Mrs MbW's visa applications is a member of CILEx rather than SRA registered (from what I can find, but her colleague and fellow partner is SRA-registered (as is the firm).
