Ok just a bit suspicious because Nolan is trying to use my posts to ask the court for £800.00 odd quid  for my unreasonableness
How that works when my wife is defendant is a bit strange to me.
If he wants the person responsible then all he has to do is come after me as I have already fully admitted the car is mine in writing to the court.
And then he can go after me for being unreasonable it will not be hard I will make it very easy for them to do so if not done already.
100% he will not get it off the wife she does not have it to give and is fully dependent on me and I just will not pay them.
But then I am not defendant am I !

Because it doesnt - or shouldnt - work that way, and you have to - or rather your wife has to - point out that that is rubbish. Of course youbeign a lay rep is a bad idea, as you seem to have the most scattergun, inconsistent and difficult to understand style out of almost anyone ive seen on this forum. I've still got little idea about what your main issue is, 20 pages in and dozens of times of asking. 
You being the owner is completely irrelevant. Driver and Keeper. You know this. or should do...

ANother dozen lines, and little useful info. Just another rant. This is not the place to rant. Its tedious. 
Did your daughter get consent to amend the defence? Simple yes or no. If you dont know, say.

That I agree with, your wife, the Defendant, has not behaved unreasonably.

I don't think your daughter has put in an 'amended defence'.  I think you misunderstood and she must have had the nous to put in the necessary witness statement and evidence for the D.

Is this man stupid enough to show a judge your thread and open up the doors to read all about BWL on this forum. Is he prepared to expose BWL to the many spankings they get around the country and their unreasonable claims and actions ?   

Right now, their only claim to fame is their appeal in Salisbury which was a damp squib but oddly they thought it was permission to add fake amounts ?????

The Kray Twins apparently fired shots at my late father out side a hospital , apparently my Aunt threw beer over one of them in a club , Dad got into a fight with them ended up having to go to hospital and was followed there they fired at him and he said he picked up a brick and threw it at the window screen of the car they then drove off.        One for the book.
I heard Charlie Kray was serving up back in the 90s The super Grass who got shot dead on his door step girlfriend told me no wonder he got nicked , My first Cousin was the last person apart from the killer to see him alive.
The super grass was involved with the security services apparently in protection so when my cousin got nicked wrapping up coke after this his trial was in Camera.  Why ????
 Lucky he did not get jail because he blamed the super grass James ,but he did have to get tested for drugs for a year ordered by the judge,
Happily he left that life all behind him same as me when I got nicked after asking to get one of the Queens Son's some weed. Talk about the Crown PTCOJ right from the top . ( But then it was the year HRH Princess Diana Passed  met her once to with Mr Snooz) I will save the rest for the book, OH but it did not stop the Met Police Years later accusing me of being IRA  long after the Good Friday agreement had been signed even though the only Army I have ever Joined is the British one same as my Irish Grandfather who served in the 8th all through the second world war. and after when he was sent to Palestine.
So if Nolan and BW want to bring up my personal feelings about the British Justice system them lets go I got ten years of this.
I wonder if any one else has ever complained about not going to jail because of the corruption at the highest of levels because believe me they had all the evidence needed  and I had no say in it but was truly amazed !!
Hence also the police beating me up whilst handcuffed to a Gurney in hospital and attacking me in the police station hence the earlier photos of my wrists. Rest for the book 
They proberly thought to get me at a later time but I also decided enough was enough and left that life behind but still scared of getting stitched up but a now think a book and the story should be told in full.

So lets all go to court over parking tickets !!!!!!
My daughter has asked me not to comment further about the parking ticket case so I will not
