I took the kids to the cinema today and saved £5 for using my CEA card - can I put this towards this challenge?
stressedHoping to stick to the challenge this year!!
Make £5 a day for 366 started Dec 2019
YTD £ £ 78.23/£1£1,825
Cash - £ 48.23 Vouchers - £ 30
Wombling into 2020 £38.780 -
Ches - £70 in co-op dividend? WoW! I think the most I ever get is £1![/quote]
I haven't cashed this in since Jan 1999 so its taken a while. I have been saving it as my emergency money so it may be too much of a wrench to cash it in next Christmas. If I can do without it I will but will leave it in for now.Mortgage and Debt free but need to increase savings pot. :think:0 -
Ipoints do have surveys on their site every so often. They used to send emails that you got points for clicking but either they stopped sending them or I just don't receive them anymore.
If you ever get a CD from 101CD (I think, could be CDWOW, will check!) you can get Quidco cashback and ipoints for the same purchase - only worthwhile if the CD's cheaper than anywhere else though.
I have been with ipoints about a year and have used quite a few points getting cards from moonpig. I probably wouldn't pay for them myself but don't mind spending the points - the cards went down very well with the recipients as well! I've used them mostly for birthdays but will have alook and see if there are any Christmas ones on there.
stressed.mum - you can definitely add that to the challenge as it's money you would have had to spend otherwise.0 -
Woo hoo, have well and truly started now - I have just ordered a £10 voucher from pigsback which can go in the envelope of Christmas 2008 vouchers when it arrives. Hopefully there will be loads more to come.
The only sad thing is that my piggy total now stands at a very sorry 5ptsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

You can also get both ipoints, Quidco cashback and use a discount code with Figleaves too! This was one of the reasons I finally signed up as I spend loads at Figleaves as I find them the best place for nursing bras.
They sell Anita Maternity underwired maternity bras and they are so comfortable and flattering but quite expensive!
My Monday update:
Topcashback £4.08
Moneybackmadness £14.19
Rpoints £21.40
Opinion Bar £1.40
Pigsback £3.24
...Will add the rest as I get to them for daily clicks etc!0 -

Wow, some of you are doing well already!
My task for this evening has been making a list of what cashback and survey sites I'm signed up to and finding some new ones. I want to set myself a target amount of 'extra income' to make over the next year, including the 'free Christmas' - just not sure how much that target is going to be yet. Anyway, in case it's of any use to anyone else, here's my list! Not going to count anything against my total unless I've actually received it, so at the moment I have, erm, £6.79 :rotfl: There are amounts pending in some of these though which will bump it up once I've actually got them (am sooo close to the elusive YouGov £50....)

Ok, I'm going to join this challenge. I'm hoping I can earn enough to cover birthday presents too.
I'm going to use vouchers for this challenge and cash for my 'pay off £20k by Christmas 2008' challenge.
I want to get DH in on the act but we use the same pc. Does anyone else do this and do you have any problems? Are there any casback, survey sites that don't allow it?
Cheers0 -

OH and I both have accounts on Pigsback, Quidco, PureProfile, Cashback Rewards, Lightspeed and Valued Opinions and it doesn't seem to be a problem. Some of these will allow you to refer each other as well and get a referral bonus.
Does anyone who has redeemed lightspeed points for Paypal know how long it takes? I redeemed some points a week ago, got an email confirmation but nothing has gone into paypal yet.0
