Welcome maz. Do ask anything you want. 🙂
Perhaps you can write up what you plan to have tomorrow and then we can look and let you know if it's SW friendly. 😉If you need to buy frankfurters coxy, the Olde Oak hot dogs in brine are only 1 syn each compared with Herta which are 4.🙂2 -

You're allowed 1 choice of HEB (that's the fibre healthy extra) each day and you've got 2 (porridge and Ryvita) in your menu . So I'd skip the Ryvita if I were you unless you want to syn them. They're 1.5 syns each. If you did want to have Ryvita as a HEB then you're allowed 4 in the plan. You're allowed 40g of porridge oats. Loads of fruit is great. It's all Speed (used to be called Super free) except for the grapes which are free food anyway.
Your lunch and dinner are fine provided you've got plenty of Speed in the recipes like tomatoes or onions. Each meal is supposed to have a third of Speed food.
You're allowed up to 15 syns each day. What are you having?

Welcome maz to the thread. Things have definitely moved on since the Original and Green days, although some of us still do the occasional Red or Green day. I for one sometimes do Green days, never do Red days though as I like my carbs too much!
When you say "pasta made from scratch" do you mean making your own pasta? If so then it will be Syns. It's only dried pasta which is Free. Could you add some veg to the pasta along with the bacon, perhaps some chopped mushrooms and tomatoes?
Assume the natural yoghurt is Fat Free if not it will be Syns.
Either your porridge or Ryvitas will need to be Synned; the other can be your HEB. Porridge would be 7 Syns; Ryvitas will be 1.5 or 2 Syns each depending on which flavour they are.
Hope that helps.

Thanks ladies you're very kind. Going to mostly save my Syns to drink wine at the weekend
Pasta is dried it's the sauce I make, onion, garlic, tinned toms etc. Curry will have an onion, garlic, a red and green pepper and a carrot x

We're only too pleased to be of some help. It's worked for me and I want it to work for you. 😁
You're allowed 1 HEB (fibre) each day but 2 HEAs (dairy). That could be 250 mls of SS milk for your porridge and drinks and perhaps 30g of Parmesan on your pasta. Or you can split a HEA and have 15g of Parmesan and 125ml of milk.
I know it might seem complicated at first but the HEXs are the only things you need to measure. Some of those are really easy like 2 Weetabix or 2 Alpen Lights or 4 Ryvitas (depending on flavour). A few things do have to be weighed or measured. But it's worth it. 😁2 -
Morning all, looking much nicer here this morning, the sun's shining so I've put a machine load of washing on and will hang out on the line. So much better when it can be dried outside!
Need to do some shopping today as almost out of fruit and quite a few other things seem to be running out too! Want to see if a particular stall is at the market this morning, he wasn't there the other day when we walked past but hopefully he'll be there today!
Ended up using 11.5 Syns last night on a Salted Caramel Magnum, was lush! DH isn't keen on them so I will probably end up with the last one in the box at some stage - on another day when I haven't had any other syns, LOL! Ended up not having my HEB yesterday.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
L - LO carrot & lentil soup - S; P; F
D - shepherds pie; mixed veg; Brussels - S; F; 3.5
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 100g lamb mince 3.5
