Yes, there are low fat sausages in Aldi. They are labelled as Pork Skinny sausages and they are 0.5 syns each.

Good idea to do some batch cooking. At the moment, many of us have time for that and it's always useful to have some HM SW friendly ready meals in the freezer.
We all have to prioritise syns YCM. One person's favourite treat will be another's waste of syns. If you enjoy the pasta sauce then that's fine but do ask if you want any recipes.
That's a very low syn weekend denise. I've never been that disciplined. Occasionally I'll have an alcohol free Saturday if I'm driving myself somewhere but that's not likely to happen any time soon. How infuriating about your car. I don't suppose it's covered by either insurance (car or house?). We had a situation where a deer jumped out of a hedge onto the bonnet of my car and caused damage but even though it wasn't our fault we had to claim on our own policy as deer aren't insured!
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L- cold beef (P), fried potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- honey 2.5 (in stir fry sauce)

We decided against using insurance and will just pay for it. I suspect by the time we've paid the excess the insurance company won't be paying very much of the cost anyway and no doubt would put up the insurance next year. I think it would have to go through the house insurance though rather than car.
Yes it was very low Syn but that's because I stuck to spirits & mixers rather than wine! Only had 2 drinks last night because of driving this morning - not something I would usually be doing on a Monday, LOL! My top up shop is usually on a Tuesday!

JUST A WARNING WORTH A SHARE, I know it's nothing to do with sw
Just a heads up your all probably are aware but with the weather due to get warmer ...
🔥 Hand Sanitizer 🔥
Hand sanitizer has a fairly low temperature flash point (Ignition/Flame).
Hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol has a flash point of 21 deg C.
The photo below is from hand sanitizer igniting in a hot vehicle that reached 35 deg C. inside the vehicle.
Be careful/mindful of where you are storing hand sanitizer in your vehicle and home, especially as the warm weather is on its way.

bubbs! What did you use to make the potato salad with? I've got light mayo but I MUST get my hands on lighter than light mayo to save syns, assuming it tastes ok.
Got my tea cooking, lubia polo, it's so nice! Basically you cook onion, garlic, mince and chopped green beans with turmeric and saffron. Par-cook some rice. Then add a wrap to the bottom of the pan (on top of some butter- syns!) and layer the rice and mince mix over and over again into a mountain shape. Pop the lid on with a tea towel around it and steam for half an hour. Voila! We're serving with fat free yogurt, gherkins and a finely diced salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and lime juice.1 -
YCM I find the LTL mayo just as good as the Light mayo. Admittedly it's one of the few things I insist on a brand name (Hellmann's). Can't stand the Aldi one, even though it's much cheaper.
