Evening all
Sorry I've ben missing in action Christmas is always a family time no internetting. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas despite the restrictions. Was definite not on plan but when I weighed myself Sunday morning I've only put 4lb on and to be fair that's not bad considering but I am back on track now.
The important thing is we survived my Christmas dinnerwe all suffered from eating too much but that was the worst effect.
No floods near me but very cold, I had to de-ice my car at 6pm before going to work that's not right!!
Currently we are in Tier 2 waiting for the review on Wednesday, it wouldn't surprise me is Boris puts everyone on at least tier 3 from 00:01 Thursday morning just to stop people going out for New Years Eve
Todays breakfast was Weetabix and a bowl of fruit, lunch was a ham and pepper omelette and beans, tea tonight is chicken breast cous cous and mixed veg

It's done everything here today from sleety snow to glorious sunshine! 🤔 I decided to go food shopping today. It's a week since I went last and I thought it might get busier towards NYE. The shops were really quiet. Aldi was well stocked and I only needed to go to Sainsbury's for some Puffed Wheat and a birthday card. Delighted that they were just reducing 5% mince so bought some at £2.60 per kg. I'll do some savoury mince later and freeze the rest. I've now bought in enough fresh stuff to last until 8th January but plenty of local shops open should I run out of anything.
I finished the last of the gammon at lunchtime and just a few veg bits left to use from last week, will probably throw those in with the mince! 😉 I'm almost back on plan for my meals but still picking at a few treats in the evenings.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- gammon (P), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- chicken casserole (P,F,S) with green veg (S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, cornflour 1, treats???😉0 -

That's great news about your BP and blood sugar bubbs. Do try and get to Boots to check your weight. My GP scales were pounds out compared with SW. IIRC they made me 5lbs more. I was miserable about it but GP thought I was fine..... but she's a big lady! 🤣1

Evening allWell I weighed myself this morning and somehow (don't ask me how) I have managed to stay they same despite my Christmas booze food and chocs. To be fair I did get straight on plan after boxing day but still.Todays meal plan was a ham and pepper omelette for breakfast then another omelette with beans and a WW wrap when I woke up this afternoon (not lazy, on nights) then for my tea later I have chicken cous cous and mixed veg again. I do tend to have the same things when working, its just easier than having to plan what to have.Going to brave the tip in the morning after work I've been putting it off and putting it off (now that is pure laziness
) but I've now got stuff piled up and I like to have a nice tidy house for new year. It might not stay that way but its still nice to be all tidy for new year
:AWhatever it is - I didn't do it!:A1 -
Thanks for the recipe bubbs.
I agree with you maman; my GP's scales are well out compared to the SW ones or even my own ones. Last time I was weighed at the GP I was about 10lb heavier than SW scales - actually same day so I know they were wrong by a long way! I suspect I would have been heavier as it was an evening appointment but not 10lb!
Brilliant that your BP and blood sugar are so much better bubbs.0 -
I will but i may be going company shop tomorrow now, my MSE friend has just messaged me
When i said i had lost 5 1/2 stone she went holy !!!!!! 😂 then said excuse my french , she was so nice never seen her before .
I knew my sugars were good from before, but just shows with SW it keeps them down, the only thing is my cholesterol is right on the cusp 5.2 but has been that for a long time, she said cut your fats down, i said i don;t have fats!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
