Well done on your bargain HEBs bubbs .😊
Did your app just start working again or did your consultant get back to you?

I went to Lidl today because I needed their Lazy Garlic. Out of curiosity, I tried the app scanner thing on their Slimming curry meal. 5.5 syns for chicken tikka with cauliflower rice!! What a waste!

I bought my personal Christmas chocolate today too, cherry liqueurs and a bar of marzipan. 😋 I think I've got the willpower to leave it for a couple of months.🤔😉

Just waiting for the oven to heat up. We're in a different time zone here! 🤣
Breakfast looks great as usual bubbs. Which ham do you buy or does it vary? It looks chunky and tasty. 😋

The jerk chicken tonight was lovely - it was the recipe from SlimmingEats website - not particularly spicy though.  The coconut rice was nice too.  Think it was well worth the 2.5 syns for the meal.  Will definitely use this recipe again.  Have to say though I don't think her family eat very much as I started off measuring the rice and what she says serves 5 is not far short of what I do for 2 of us!  I actually doubled it so that we've got some to have tomorrow!

Morning all, another nice day by the look of things.  Need to pop out for a couple of things I forgot when we went shopping yesterday - didn't realise we'd run out of carrots so need to buy some but will also get another white cabbage so that we can have some coleslaw - I make up a big batch of the chopped cabbage, carrot & onion and then just make up a bit at a time with LTL mayo when we want some.

Hope you enjoy the jerk chicken & coconut rice as much as we did. It's a definitely keeper!  It's the first time I've used that particular recipe and it's nicer than the recipes I've tried before.

    Today's plan:

    B - SW fry up with low fat sausages from butchers - P; S; F; 2
L - egg fried vegetable rice with kidney beans (using up LO coconut rice from last night) - P; S; F
    D - lamb tagine, herby couscous - P; S; F; HEB; (flaked almonds); 3 (semi dried apricots); 2 (sultanas);

    HEA - milk
    HEB - flaked almonds
Syns - sausages 2; semi dried apricots 3; sultanas 2; couple rum & ginger beer 5

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Morning all 🤗
Big news of the year is his nibs will be leaving us at Christmas 🥳
As for lockdown you would not know there was one! School just the same and after school the parks are full, parents standing in groups gassing, kids running riot.
    Lockdown? What lockdown 😤
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

That's good news for you TIE.  So just a couple more months before you're free of his nibs!  Hopefully the future will be brighter for you.
