Afternoon all! Just got back from my first visit to the office since March which was a little strange. If it makes you all feel better, I'm wearing a size 12 dress today that's a little tight (will never get over the differences in sizes between stores!)
Had overnight oats for breakfast this morning and steak salad for lunch. Planning on homity pie and vegetarian sausages that we should have had on Monday night, for dinner which is just the comfort food I need right now. Hope you're all having a good day.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
LOL! Dress sizes are so variable between stores. Wish they'd standardise them then we would know what size to buy in whatever shop we go in!0

Oh hell, having spent the week being oh so good, seeing a friend this evening that I have not seen since we went into lockdown. She has to protect her mum, who is a very sprightly 98 year old, so is ordering Chinese takeaway, just hope I can keep sins to minimum, have had a good lunch, chicken cous sous salad, so hoping I will be able to go there with a pretty full tum, which will hopefully keep the sins in check. Would have been better if we met last night as originally planned, at least that way I could have had SP days for today and tomorrow before weigh in tomorrow eveningA smile costs little but creates much0

Life gets in the way GTQ, you've had a good week so far and you can SP tomorrow before WI so it's only one meal off plan. Hopefully you can get a maintain, you could even get a loss. Have you saved any syns over the week to offset the Chinese? Try to eat the rice over the main part of the meal, it'll fill you up and be far less syns!
I've had a good week so far sunrise (just too many on Sunday! so damage limitation all the way) and then DH goes and puts Bailey's into my coffee this afternoon! Never mind I'm still within syns for the week - think that takes me to 96 for the week so it's higher than I was hoping but still under the 105. Just hope that I'm still within target range when I go to WI tomorrow. Don't want to have to pay. I don't get a grace week because I don't actually book holiday for while I'm away, at least that's what happened last time I went out of target after a long holiday. Seems a bit unfair to me but hey ho, that's life.

Glad you enjoyed your Chinese bubbs. I always find I'm hungry about an hour after one so don't usually bother.
Enjoy your fruit and ice cream later.
Will have a look for that yoghurt when I go shopping tomorrow as will be using the last of what I've got in the fridge to make overnight oats to take with me to WI in the morning.
