Great NSV ruby. It's just beginning to get a bit of blue sky here now. It was still quite grey when I posted earlier. It's forecast to be brighter later - hope they've got that right!

Well done on the jeans ruby. It's a good feeling. 😁
Its a good day here, thank goodness. Bright and sunny and about 20 degrees. We're having lunch and watching a theatre performance outdoors. Hope you have a good time too denise. 😊
I've had a SW friendly breakfast (scrambled eggs). I suspect our lunch will be fairly meagre but haven't planned anything for dinner yet. We'll see if we're hungry and if necessary get some trusty Bolognese or similar out of the freezer. 😉1 -
Morning all,
I've been MIA a bit as my gran hasn't been well and honestly she drains all my energy at times like this. I'm just about maintaining my weight I think, but I've restarted my Gold exercise award this week so hopefully that'll keep me motivated on that front at least.

Well done on your NSV Ruby! I've been making a conscious effort to wear my jeans more than at the beginning of lockdown just to keep an eye on how they feelWeightloss: 14.5/65lb1 -

Sorry to hear about your gran Tete, hope she's feeling better soon.
Thanks for the support ladies, I must admit I've been wearing leggings most days since March but decided today to at least try and get some jeans on. Almost ordered myself some new "work" clothes in the sale but then realised I'm probably not going to need them for a very long time so there's no pointEmergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20172 -

Sorry to hear about your gran tete. I will check but I think that when I was trying to find HEBs on the website last week I noticed that some Dorset cereals had been taken off the list. ☹️
It's over a week now since I emailed (somewhat tongue in cheek) to ask how to find the list of HEBs but heard nothing. ☹️
We had a great time today. Outdoor lunch and theatre and so good to meet up with friends. The lunch was really enjoyable. I had a Thai style fishcake with a load of salad, followed by a raspberry roulade. I know there's syns but it could have been a lot worse. Meringue isn't too bad so it would be mainly cream and frying of the fishcakes.
So far DH says he's not hungry enough for any dinner. I'm OK too but if I do want anything it'll be SW friendly. And then there's wine syns... 😁1 -
Glad you enjoyed your meal maman. Ours wasn't very good at all - none of us particularly enjoyed it. I had soft boiled scotch egg and had to send it back because the white wasn't even remotely cooked - it came back hard boiled but still some of the white not cooked! No idea how they managed that.
Main both DH and I had whole seabass with crushed potatoes and green beans and the only thing cooked properly was the beans! The seabass which was cooked was nice but it wasn't cooked all the way through so probably only ate about half of it. Certainly won't be using that pub restaurant again! The best part of the meal was the large glass of wine, LOL! What a waste of money and syns!
Wasn't really hungry so used more syns and had a couple of slices of toast and marmalade!
WI tomorrow morning and hoping it might still be a small loss and at least a maintain. Holiday will probably start once I get home!
