Ive got 2 freezers, and empiied and cleaned the one in the kitchen yesterday, and did a list of everything that was in it , Put it back in better order, i I now have a drawer to myself just for my SW stuff,  I was quite surprised how much fish i had , so thats what we had for dinner yesterday with boiled potatoes and LOTS of veg, Only had to syn the parsley sauce , Breakfast muffin for brekky with HE cheese on top , and sw chicken curry and rice for my supper , syns were chocolate options , and blueberry cakes made with porridge , so not bad yesterday. Its hard to stay motivated in lock down isnt it ,  but it wont be forever , Took the dog for a walk too so got a bit of body magic x

bubbs I put my washing out and have just got it in because it's started raining and everything is nearly dry.  Have put on the airer and should be dried in a couple of hours but will probably leave overnight.

Moll Bacon pieces are great for carbonara.  Don't know if you eat pulses but if you do they're also good cooked, things like cassoulet.  There's Jack Monroe pork cassoulet on the BBC Good Food recipe which can easily be made SW friendly.  Bacon also goes well with chicken so perhaps a chicken & bacon stew, again there are various recipes on BBC Good Food website, just put bacon pieces in the search and a range of recipes will come up, just go through them and pick out ones where you can use your bacon pieces and make the recipes SW friendly - things like changing oil to Frylight, using red/white wine stockpots instead of wine.

Beanie's been posting on other threads over the last few days just not on here.  Haven't seen Maman or Sary or other threads though.  Hope they are OK.

I'm good thanks . 🙂 We've been for a mammoth walk today. We did 11 000+ steps. Fortunately I don't think my neighbours time us. 😉

It's been dull but dry here so not salad weather. 😁

Tomorrow I'm going to see if I can buy in some pickles as stocks are running low. I usually buy large jars from Home Bargains, much better value than smaller supermarket jars.

I'd make ham and lentil soup with the bacon pieces moll. Obviously it depends what other ingredients you have in. I add bacon pieces to sausage casserole too and, of course, omelettes. You could always cook (or not) it in lardons, open freeze then add some to future recipes.
    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit,  skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage, HEA milk
    L - veggie omelette (P, S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D - beef in 'red wine' (P, S) SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, cabbage, kale, red cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)
    Syns - cornflour 1, weekend wine 🍷😁

Enjoying weekend wine tonight too.  Hadn't decided this morning when I did my plan as never really know what I'll fancy!

Glad you had a nice long walk maman.  I'm still pretty tired from the resanding of the paving slabs yesterday!  Hoping to do the rest of them tomorrow and/or the next day.

Change of veg for dinner tonight - had the roasted veg as planned but had cauliflower and swede rather than cabbage as DH fancied cauliflower and I found some mashed swede in the freezer when I was looking to see what I'd got in the freezer.
