How can people forget they've got to queue!!! It's just a given now when you go shopping.
Right, I have a question for everyone:
I'm sprouting chickpeas at the moment to give a bit of texture to my salads but the thing is do I count them as Protein (as chickpeas are) or just Free (which is what bean sprouts are)? Bit of a conundrum there, methinks!

I know some people are dim 😂😂 Can you imagine in the winter and at Xmas 😱😱 its going to be bloody horrendous!
No idea but i would just say free, i always thought beansprouts were speed! I'm hoping things will improve by the winter! Don't fancy queuing half way round the shop just to pay like it is sometimes at the moment! The queue in Morries yesterday was down one aisle, up the next and back down the next one and when you got to the front they told you which till to go to. I had a trolley load and they said go to self service! I refused and waited for a till. Don't mind self serve if I've just got a few things but not when I've done a week's shop!

Thanks for the warm welcome
I cancelled my online membership today and contacted a local group, it is way outside my comfort zone but sometimes you just gotta take the plunge! Anyway she is ringing me tomorrow to set up my group membership and we will go from there! I just felt I needed to speak to some real people as I am way to anti social and when this is all over I will force myself to actually go out in a group setting. I can't believe how stressful it sounds going shopping, I am petrified of going, my sons fiance picked up a few things earlier for me and I join on my mums online order when she can get one, I am thinking of going out for a walk soon though as I have been in hiding
Dinners looks delicious! xx

If you do the Zoom meetings you'll get to know the people before you actually need to go out to the group setting which might help DIMW which might help.

At the end of my first week back at SW and pretty happy with dinner. Had an ok week-was ill yesterday so didn’t really eat much, but happy with how my weeks gone other than that. Fingers crossed for a half-decent loss tomorrow.

Hope you're feeling better today. Are you eating enough? Your dinner doesn't look like a lot! You've seen the size of bulbs' dinners! Mine are similar but not quite as big but I do usually have carbs as well.

Still not 100% which is why there’s not a huge amount there-would usually have much more. Was v filling though.2
