Wow beth that's an amazing loss. Well done you!

I'm still seeing my DD1 once a week. She does her shop on a Friday and tries to  me anything I can't get on a Thursday. She only lives a mile away so it's not an unnecessary journey as she passes here on her way from the supermarket. It's good to see her in person as well as all the WhatsApp and other messages during the week.

I'd always assumed that beansprouts were Speed but maybe not now I've checked. We're having some tonight. We're having a spring roll each too so it feels a bit more like a Chinese take away.  So today's a bit synful but compared to all the people I hear about who are snacking like mad during lockdown I'm happy.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs, ham (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- JP (F) veggie chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P), pickles (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S), noodles and beansprouts  (F), SW chips (F)
Syns- honey 2.5, spring roll 4.5. weekend wine

Checked in my most recent book and beansprouts are Speed but no S by them on syns online. Strange! At least they don't have syns. 😁
    Applause for beth. 👏👏👏👏

I've just had another look for Bean Sprouts and they are Speed!  If you just type in bean sprouts they just come up as Free but if you do it through the weight loss planner  and click on Free Food and look through the list of vegetables they come up as Speed.  Just another of the inconsistencies with SW!

Well done Beth that's an amazing loss!  Glad you're feeling better.

DH has been taking down our old shed as it has rotted - it's about 20 years old so can't really moan!  While he was doing that I've been resanding between the paving slabs, it's quite tiring, spent over 2 hours doing it.  Doesn't help that the sand it at the lower level of the garden and the slabs I was sanding were in the upper level, only 3 steps but carrying a bucket of sand and a spade was pretty awkward!  Glad of the rest.  Think I'll probably have a couple of drinks tonight!

    Evening all
WI with STS 😕 was really hoping for a loss. I’ve tried hard this week with no snacks just brunch and tea. Have been using the stand that makes bikes stationary (bought for hubby but never used 😡) and sons bike (hardly used either 😡). Up to 12 mins a go, not long I know but it’s so uncomfortable on the nethers 🤪. I was listening to music but have changed to audiobook from a freebie site. Also got myself a (cheap) Fitbit, kept me awake the first night as kept trying to sync my phone which was downstairs 🥴 not made that mistake since 🤣.
Offered to go in to work last week to help office make new intake phone calls. Hate using phone but so desperate to get out 🤣.
Social distancing seems to have stopped here, neighbours having visitors and sitting in garden drinking, can’t move for cyclists, walkers and joggers. Our bridge footpath isn’t wide enough for 2m apart 😡. Oh and don’t get me started on one way system in supermarkets 🤬 ok moan over 🥴 Have a good one all.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Keep it up tie. If you have another good week, you should see a loss. 🙂 Are you eating enough if you're only having 2 meals a day? 🤔
I sorted out my recipes. Took out a few from the file that I won't do again. Added KFC, mushroom stroganoff and the batch cooking for  pilau and brown rice that I'm using regularly. My box of unconfirmed recipes is much thinner. I have about 15 recipes I've yet to try or used rarely. I need to fit those in to meal plans to see if they're keepers. 🙂

Morning all.  It's a bit dull here too bubbs but am taking the chance to hang some washing out.  Have got jumpers out on the line already and another whites wash in the machine, which should be ready to hang out in about half hour.  As you can probably see I was up a bit later than usual today but did have a late night last night!

Was really tired when I finally went to bed as had been resanding between the paving slabs most of the afternoon.  Probably done just over half.  Think I'll have another go tomorrow as long as it's not raining!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, bubble & squeak - P; S; F
L - pizza toasts - HEB; HEA; S (home made tomato sauce with loads of veg in); mushrooms; peppers; topped with cheese
    D - roast pork dinner - pork; roast potatoes; roast carrots, onions & peppers; cabbage - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - either wine, G&T or rum & ginger beer
