    Morning All.  Tete hope you manage to get your tooth sorted - mine appear to have settled down overnight, here's hoping they stay that way!  There is a website that is fairly up to date with the HEB / HEA lists but like you denise, I stick to what I know and hope for the best!

    Feeling rather tired this morning so might have to have my morning coffee a little earlier.  Did an upper body workout this morning and arms are already starting to ache.  Planning on going for a walk in the evening to relax and have some time to myself.

    B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA unsweetened almond milk), banana
    L - LO chickpea curry, cucumber
    D - Fishcake (2 syns), green beans, sugar snap peas
    S - Latte (1/2 HEA oat milk)
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    Which website is the list of HEB/HEAs on ruby?  It could be a useful resource for everyone to have access to.

    Glad the tooth has settled down ruby and hope you get yours sorted Tete.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
    L - creamy garlic mushrooms & mini roast potatoes - S; F; 2 (might try to get some Primula then can use that instead as 2nd HEA!)
    D - toad in the hole, mash, green beans, peas - S; F; 4.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula (if I can find some!)
    Syns - sausages 2; flour 2.5; soft cheese 2?

    I might be missing something here and you're looking for something else, but the full 'starter pack' is available on the SW website - go to Browse (top left) then Food Optimising Essentials, then it gives you the lists of Free Food, Healthy Extras and Syns to download.

    What's annoyed me after the website revamp is that these PDFs are lovely full colour beautiful looking things... that are super expensive and wasteful to print off at home when all you really need is a printed text list. Luckily for me I work in an office  :p

    Thank you for the well wishes about my tooth  :# It's still not right this morning so I'm glad I went to the trouble of getting more antibiotics yesterday, I've got another two days' worth of the original Metronidazole plus five days or Amoxicilin so that should see off the infection. Annoyingly I've had to pay for three prescriptions when one should really have done it but hey ho. At least I didn't have to pay a dentist consultation fee. Glad you're feeling better Ruby!

    Today:
    B - Dorset nutty muesli (40g), Muller Light Greek yog (0.5)
    D - Salad: Fish sticks, grated carrot, cucumber, beetroot, pickles, tomatoes, LTL mayo (2)
    S - Cantaloupe, banana, passion fruit
    T - Speedy bolognese from freezer w/ pasta, grated cheese
    HEA - Milk and cheese
    HEB - Muesli
    Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), mayo (2), yog (0.5) = 6.5

    It's not absolutely everything but is probably the same as the starter kit that Tete mentioned: https://fatgirlskinny.net/slimming-world-healthy-extra-b-list/ but for those of us who are too cheap to pay to join, it's a good resource :lol:

  • Wow Klew, that is a stunning loss, I could only dream of that!  Hope everyone else is feeling better, both health wise and weatherwise, so much more pleasant and easier to work constructively.

    Had a bash at making the slimmingeats Victoria Sponge in a mug last night, had not used my he, so low synned. Take my advice, use a really, really  big mug to microwave it! Bar the fact that so much of it spilled over and I ended up with a messy microwave, it was quite nice. I think there are supposed to be 4 syns, but as I literally only scrape the jam on as I am not a lover of it, I am considering it as 2 1/2 syns, had it with fresh strawberries as well, with a cup of hibiscus tea, went down a treat.

    Any suggestions on what to eat with kofta, besides salad? I have made some for this evening, but am on SP at the moment, have some cauli at home, but don't really fancy making rice of it.
    A smile costs little but creates much :)

    I'd seen that but not sure that's the full HEBs.  For example I know that Nevilles and Morries 800g Medium Wholemeal are HEB for 2 slices and neither of those are actually shown on there.  It shows most but not all HEBs so it's a bit hit and miss but it's better than nothing.

    I managed to get hold of the Primula soft cheese so will be using as my 2nd HEA rather than syns;  Also means I can use more cheese than the recipe says so making the garlic mushrooms extra creamy and cheesy!

    Ruby it’s his new restaurant in a hotel in the big city near me. I bought dh and ds vouchers for last Christmas and had it booked for March but it was cancelled. breakfast - heb bread, baked beans, some hea cheese, bacon
    dinner - rest of hea cheese, ham, chicken and salad
    tea - leftover pork satay (it made 4 portions so quite pleased I saved some instead of scoffing the lot 😇) 5 syns so I’m making extra sauce as it was a little dry. strawberries
    Snacks - something around 5 syns from my snack box - either quavers or a couple of hero chocolates
    I took photos yesterday of my food but couldn’t get my phone and I-pad to talk to each other so that I could post. I won’t put MSE on my phone as I’d never be off it 😳😂 - so I’ll continue listing
