Haven't managed to find a list of the Healthy Extras on the new website maman but I tend to stick to porridge and bread for HEB.  Used to use olive oil occasionally when that was still HEB but other than that don't really use anything else.  Certainly don't use HEB for nuts and seeds which I know is one of the other ones.  Very occasionally I'll have Alpen or Hifi bars or Ryvita so with all of those that's enough for me.  Maybe it would be worth asking your consultant when you go back to group!

Have finished today on 7.5 syns as have had 4 olives at lunch time (1) and a mini Magnum type lolly for 6 as well as the gravadlax salmon at lunchtime which was 0.5.

The reason I was asking denise was because I'd noticed milann synning crackers when she hadn't had a HEB. I thought I'd post what crackers and crispbreads were on the list. I used to be able to find a list by 'pretending' to do a food diary but that doesn't seem to work on the new site. ☹️

Think it's a case of using the Planner bit and putting in whatever it is and then seeing if it comes up as HEB or syns or both!  It will automatically say it's HEB if you haven't used it or syns if you have.  Have to agree with maman that the new site is worse than the old one and that wasn't brilliant but at least it was easy to find things!

I managed to find the New Healthy Extras and ones which aren't any more but that's not really any use unless you want to use one of them!

She was on about the scanner again tonight, i asked when, she said they said 😂Autumn but she reckons its good, it automatically adds all your syns up if you put in the planner 😱😱🤣

Thanks for asking your consultant bubbs. It does seem a backward step. Surely it would be good to show people all the choices they have for a HEX. 🤔

I don't use the app at all.  I only use the online website.  I think the app is worse than the website.

I have the app on my phone and use it to look up syns, sometimes when I'm in the shops. The app doesn't do much else. It reminds me of revamping this site. It's worse than it was before. ☹️
