Bubbs, I hope DH's work improves.  I suspect we are amongst very many in the same boat.  It wasn't great before the pandemic, but this has really created a horrible morale issue in our workplace.  Previously I would have been more vocal, offering ideas, etc, but nowadays I am keeping my head down, and mouth firmly shut!

Today has been not much better, and lacking in speed.
    B - wm bagel Heb & (5) with l/f spread (2)
L - banana, strawberries LF strawberry yogurt (1.5).  WM sandwich with apricot spread (13!! blown the syns again)
    snack - rich tea x 3 (6)
D - chicken pasta with onions, tomatoes garlic.

Fail to plan, plan to fail is pretty much why today has gone to pot!  Have got some chicken portions in the oven in readiness for tomorrow's snacks and lunch.

One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

JoDenise my dh made the falafel from an old sw book and he  it said 1 syn each. I couldn’t see where they got the syn from as it all seemed to be syn free from what he’d told me was in it. I counted it anyway to be on the safe side. I keep meaning to check the book but haven’t done it yet. Ahhhh.....he’s just told me there was a dip with it that he didn’t do so I’m suspecting that might be the culprit......Off to check the recipe now.

I suspect you're right milann that the syn was for the dip, although a lot of SW dips are free.  Are you going to group or going it alone?  If the former then it's worth checking out the website or the app for recipes.

The ice cream looks lovely as usual bubbs.  Looks like your new ice cream maker makes a really soft ice cream, a bit like a Mr Whippy!
