Thanks Bubbs - I knew it was 8 olives couldn’t remember the syns.
TBH the local lockdown feels like a joke....pubs and restaurants are open but you can’t go with people other than your own household and shops are open. You  can’t meet friends or family in private spaces such as homes or gardens. So the local joke is anywhere with a till is ok - the virus sees the till and doesn’t cross the boundary.  Personally I’d rather meet my family than go to the pub or restaurant. I should have had my gks here this week - they live over 300 miles away - I’m gutted we had to cancel. The lockdown hasn’t eased any further eg beauty salons. It would feel more convincing if everywhere were closed but I appreciate the economy needs to get going. Scotland’s local lockdown makes more sense to me....

Shock horror! We didn't have our KFC tonight. ☹️ I didn't get to go shopping, was running late, so fell back on Bolognese from the freezer. My plan is to shuffle the meal plan and have it tomorrow instead. 😊

Morning all, wi STS disappointed but better than a gain.
Had rough night with tum pains so got up at 5am. Took dogs out half 6 and pup did a runner. He was picked up on A47 😱😱 after we collected him from lovely bloke who caught him I ended up having a panic attack 🥺. Never letting him off lead again 😤
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Oh dear tie, that's not a very good start to the day. What a kind person to rescue pup. 😊

I'm feeling really fat today. I think I'm more aware because I've put a fitted skirt on as weather's cooler instead of the loose dresses I've been wearing. It's no bad thing to be reminded although I feel uncomfortable.

I'm going to do my shopping today instead and so we'll have our KFC tonight. I do hope changing the day won't mean crowds of people and poor stock. I really don't want to go to more than one shop if I can avoid it.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F) with cottage cheese (P) and beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, weekend wine😁

Change of plan at lunchtime- When I looked, I didn't have any decent sized potatoes so I had mackerel in mustard sauce on toast . Still syn free as I had half a HEB left from breakfast. The Neville's bread may be tasteless but it's useful.

    Evening all

TIE i am glad pup got returned, i never let my sister's dogs off the leads as i am scared they would run away, well Willow not Bramble but she said they wouldn't, but i wold never be able to face her if it happened , they are her life after her DH passed away and the link to him.

We have had rain for a couple of hours, but nice slow and steady , what the ground needs. I managed to get washing dry though and ironed, just a couple of thick bits need airing off.

No Denise today? hope she is ok

Hi all, I'm fine bubbs thanks for asking!  Been having problems getting onto the site as it's been so slow so have given up trying for a while but I'm here now.

We're away in the motorhome for the weekend with friends again so yesterday turned into a bit of a wine fest!  Need to cut back for the rest of the week to make up for it.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, 1 slice bread - P; S; F; 0.5 HEB
L - Ham salad - ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, olives, coronation chicken - P; S; 4.5 syns
    D - mediterrean veg and cod roast - P; S; F
    S - 3 Ryvita; Philly - 0.5 HEB; 3.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - 1 slice bread; 2 Ryvita
    Syns - olives 1.5; Coronation chicken 4.5, 1 Ryvita 1.5; 25g Philly with chives 2
