Wow that’s a big group joedenise. Mine has about 50 through the door but about 20 stay. It’s an evening group.
Anyway, the past it’s best bacon hasn’t finished me off... I went to the farm shop and picked up more salad, some lemons for the kedgeree and some flat peaches. They are a little hard but should be good tomorrow/Saturday.
Had ham salad with mini Babybel for lunch (P, S, HEA)

I’m getting a bit bored of salad. Might have a fry up tomorrow for lunch instead.

  • I have an STS this week, bit disappointed about that, but then again I did have pizza! Also, my peripheral neuropathy has flared up this week, no pain, but continuous pins & needles in my hands is rather distracting, so I have possibly taken my eye off the ball more than I thought. Oh well, will try for better next week!

Well done Denise, at least you know you can go away with some scope.

My group is more the size of coxy's. It could be smaller. But there are two groups in the morning and two more in the evening. That's just my consultant, loads of others all around the city, every day except Sunday. 🙂

My consultant does 2 groups Thursday morning and one Thursday evening at the same place.  She also does 2 groups on a Monday night which are nearer to where I live and they're smaller groups but there is virtually no parking so not really much use unless you live very locally.  She had to open the 2nd group because the first group was getting above the maximum number allowed by SW, which I think is 120!  Originally the 2 groups were considered to be one big group but just split but now they are operated as 2 separate groups.

There are a 3 other groups with different consultants but they are all evening groups and I want a morning group so the one I go to is the most convenient for me as it's just round the corner from Mr Ts so I can do my shopping immediately after group!

Forgot to say earlier, we had sweet chilli noodles for lunch rather than soup.  Was more syns than anticipated though!  Not sure whether it was because I used wholewheat noodles rather than the usual egg noodles that I use but needed double the amount of sweet chilli sauce in order to coat it properly so it was 4 syns!  Definitely going over syns today as going to share a bottle of wine this evening so another 15 syns!

Nor me!  Hasn't had any money off me for 8 years now and not intending to give her any in the future.

My consultant has recently posted on our Facebook page that SW are hoping to reopen from 10 August, as long as Government agrees but only to those who do the Zoom groups to start with.  Not sure when it will include people like me who still send in weight regularly and being at target.  Those that froze their membership will be the last to go back.  We'll have to wait and see whether or not it happens.  As I said earlier I think it's going to be really difficult for my group until SD is no longer in existence.  About the only way I can it might work is if we have to wear face coverings but to be honest don't think I'd fancy sitting around in a facemask for the couple of hours I'm there!
