Well done on the loss bubbs. So many lovely food photos around here at the moment making me want to keep changing my menu plan. Didn't have a salad for lunch yesterday as I felt a bit out of sorts and really cold so had some leftover cottage pie with added mixed veg (cauliflower, carrots, peas, green beans). Wasn't even really a whole portion so didn't feel bad having essentially 2 dinners in one day.
B - Branflakes (HEB), skimmed milk (1/3 HEA), strawberries, blueberries
L - Ham salad (mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, onion, peppers, gherkins), 2 syns light salad cream
D - Chicken and rice tray bake with shredded cabbage and leeks
Planning to have the rest of my HEA as either milk in hot drinks or a chunk of cheese to snack on if I get peckish.

Morning all, a slightly better day today! Have decided to wash the bedding and get it out on the line. According to the forecast there is only a very slight chance of rain this afternoon but if we get it then it's likely to be thundery heavy showers so if I can get it out on the line soon then hopefully it'll be dry by about lunchtime.
Carrying on with the low syn days today! Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S (actually ended up eating most of DHs eggs & spinach as he says he's gone off scrambled eggs and would rather have fried next time I do scrambled, so looks like the end of scrambled eggs for a while! as I can't be bothered with cooking us different things!)
L - pastrami salad - pastrami, hummus, leaves, cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes, pickled onions, HM onion chutney, cornichons, pickled beetroot - S; F; 1
D - chickpea veg curry & rice - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - hummus 1
Need to be good today as it's WI tomorrow morning! Need to get weighed so I've got up to 7 weeks after my holiday to pull back any of the major gain which is likely! But at least most of the high syn stuff will be out of the cupboard (just one tin of duck cassoulet left in there now all the other non perishable foods are in the caravan!).
Have a good day everyone and good luck to anyone weighing today.

Oh yes please he says, i said well cuppa first then i will do it, considering this is the same syns as 2 eggs wraps would rather have this 😁😁

The only ones I can find bubbs Heck naked chicken skinless. If it's those then it's 0.5 per 2 sausages so really low syn! I've never tried them! Trouble is our butcher's low fat sausages are so good and only 1 syn each I haven't really found the need to try them. Maybe if I can find them YS I might give them a try! My Sister found some of the Chicken Italia ones YS this morning so bought a couple of packs to put in the freezer so I might end up getting some, although our local Mr Ts has such long queues I've been avoiding it as much as possible, which is where she got hers from.

No problem having 2 'dinners' in one day ruby. I have a cooked lunch almost every day. I prefer that to having snacks and I'm greedy anyway.
I prefer fried eggs to scrambled too denise but my DH thinks it's boring to always have the same so I live with it. He's cooking so I can't complain.
There's a number of Heck chicken chipolatas at half a syn each online- chicken, spring chicken, chilli and Italia. All are 32g each.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS Ribena (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP(F), cottage cheese, ham (P), spring onions and pickles (S)
D- Aldi sausages, mash (F), carrots, mixed greens, cauli, broccoli, onions (S)
Syns- sausages 1, HP sauce 1, gravy 4?
