    Hi everyone,
Loving the fry up discussions - yum!
I  am feeling a bit bleurgh as TOTM arrived again yesterday only two weeks since last episode. The joys of being 50  :|
I had puffed wheat for breakfast. Lunch has been a banana, 4 satsumas and 3 mini Babybel. May also have had some choc raisins..... CBA’d to make anything proper. Will have baked fish, SW chips and salad for dinner.
I feel embarrassed just reading that back lol!

Coxy don't be embarrassed about your food!  Everyone has CBA'd days!

Your plan for today isn't that bad!  Breakfast HEB/HEA?; lunch speed HEA2; dinner P; S; F.  Depending on how many choc raisins you had they could well be within syns - they are 5.5 per 25g so you could have about 60g or so for today's syns!

Morning all, looking quite a nice day today, sunny but with a bit of a breeze so more washing on and will go out on the line later. We did get some rain yesterday but not until early evening so washing all got dried!  Hopefully the same today.

    Enjoy your long weekend ruby.

Well I weighed this morning and I'm down 1.5lb from last week which I'm amazed about but it's just an STS for weight to consultant.  It's been very up and down in the few weeks since I last sent weight so very pleased with STS, would have been nicer to have been a loss but I'm still 1lb below my actual target so 4lb to play with for my holiday week which hopefully will be enough but if it's not then not really too much of a problem as all have several weeks to get back!

    Today's plan:

B - beans on toast - HEB; F; will probably have a couple of satsumas as well
L - not sure - could be sweet chilli noodles (S; F; 2) or spicy carrot & lentil soup (S; P; F) - depends which DH fancies (he couldn't make up his mind last night when I asked him!)
D - honey & mustard baked boiled bacon; roast potatoes, roasted carrots, peppers, onions, green beans, peas - P; S; F; 2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 2? honey 2

    Have a good day everyone.

That's good news about the loss denise. Like you my consultant is just putting STS for me until groups open again. There's no mention of anything like that at the moment. The hall we use could be OK with social distancing as it's big enough to space out chairs for anyone that wanted to stay.  Or they could do weigh and go perhaps for a reduced rate? Government advice is so illogical. A SW group could be safer, on the face of things, than a pub or restaurant.

I've got proper bubble & squeak for lunch today, all mixed up with mash from last night's dinner. Most days I just fry up veg in a sort of hash.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS Ribena, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast HEA1 milk
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickles (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), tagliatelle (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Sys- 0

    Morning all,
Well done on the loss/STS joedenise. Good to have that 4lb buffet going into your holiday.
Bubbs - how do you do the garlic bread - looks so lush. I don’t eat bread as a rule but could make an exception  ;)
Agree with maman about groups reopening. It’s doable and much safer than going to a pub - can’t think of anywhere I’d want to be less.
    Food today:
B - micro poached egg, grilled bacon, baked beans, mushrooms (S)

Bacon was past the date so if you don’t hear from me again it’s been nice knowing you....
L - not sure yet - we are out of salad so need to hunt and gather (or send DH)
    D - kedgeree
    Snacks - Apple, satsumas, banana
    Have a good day all.

The group I go to wouldn't be able to social distance at all.  The hall just isn't big enough for the size of the group.  There are usually over 100 people go through the scales and probably 30-40 stay and we wouldn't be able to spread the chairs out far enough.  It's actually the biggest hall in the area so no option to move the group elsewhere.  Think it could only work if it was weigh and go and to be honest I can't see anyone wanting to do that on a regular basis because most people have to travel to get to the town centre!  For me it's a good 20-25 minute drive followed by a 5 minute walk from the car park.  To be honest people couldn't be trusted to turn up at a specific time.  Prior to lockdown the group was 9.30-10 for weigh in but people were getting there as early as 8.45 which was earlier than the social team usually turned up!
