Thanks. Just sent beamerguy's invitation to discontinue the claim letter to BW Legal and cc'd the email address of the county court where my claim will be heard and got the below response:
"Please note that if you are filing a document by email to the external customer facing email accounts, it is your responsibility to ensure it complies with the Civil Procedure Rules. In particular the total size of the email must not exceed 50 pages or 10Mb limit. Emails exceeding this limit will not be opened. If you are unsure, you should ring the court for advice.

Not sure what to do about sending off my WS, evidence and authorties via email as it will surely surpass 50 pages and or 10Mb!1 -
That is the conundrum faced even before the lockdown , hence why bargepole and coupon mad posted their advice , plus it's why the courts now encourage a joint approach to cut down on the paperwork submitted by both sides , plus the advice on compressing the resulting docs as well , sometimes less is more and the judge wants to assess the points of difference , not the agreed points
C19 is changing everyone's systems and attitudes which is why it all changes daily or weekly , a lot of this is new like c19 so you cannot expect a set of advice based on experience and knowledge in these extraordinary times , everyone is adapting
If the system had been setup in previous years and split away from MCOL then things may have been simpler , because the MCOL system is not fit for purpose for private parking cases , but parking companies exploit the system and have done for years whilst the Mhclg procrastinate
So it's get onboard and follow the rest and adapt accordingly , which the courts are doing and people like Bargepole and coupon mad are suggesting , although there is nothing to stop you pursuing both options like others have done recently whilst we are in limbo land
That is the whole reason this thread was initiated8 -
I assume you refer to a PDF file. You can check the size by right clicking on the PDF file and go to properties4

Wow, that feels good. Emailed the court a covering email with a single PDF containing everything. In order to reduce the number of pages and size of the file, I just put a table of authorities, the relevant paras and the links to the relevant cases. Wish me luck! Massive thanks to the guys and gals on here, particularly @beamerguy and @Coupon-mad.4

... and girl! 😊Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's an only auto responder and i've no idea if they're actually by passing what it says or it's a shambles. Many of the hearings that are being discussed haven't taken place yet. I'm sure as time goes onthey'll pass on experiences and evryone will learn.4 -

The Draft Order MUST be a word document, for the Judge to use and adapt and add the right dates. You are literally handing him/her a pre-written order and hoping they will run with it, and this particular attachment can't be a PDF.
I have yet to see anyone's Draft Order shown here first to check...which is quite alarming. I thought at least one poster would attempt one and it is important to get it right. I wasn't going to type it from scratch as the wording is mainly like the one I linked, the actual Order from Luton Court.
And because I have little time and am dipping in and out of the forum right now due to family stuff.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
