Telephone Hearings re parking firm claims - can we all discuss strategy and outcomes here
In my CCJ set aside case, I submitted 3 copies of my printed bundle to CCBC and then emailed too on the advice of the County Court.
The Claimant's solicitor sent me their proposed bundle just a few days before the hearing, which EXCLUDED all of my documentation, which I challenged. They then revised the bundle to include my evidence too. I asked for proof of them submitting it to Court which they duly did.
When the hearing was held the Judge used my original submission ONLY, as he said he hadn't seen the Claimant's solicitor's combined bundle and wouldn't have used it as it had been filed too late.
