The Order says the hearing notice will identify which of the three methods will be used - did it?

bargepole - I think the suggestion of resending was because the OP had sent everything as separate documents, and not as a single PDF wioth an index, etc.

As @bargepole mentioned above I don’t want to annoy anyone, but all
documents were sent as for the N244 application so they not paginated and only named as evidence 1,2,3 etc. to support my WS. 

Do you think it’s worth just to attached them to the email with my phone number as PDF all together: WS and all attachments to support my case to be set aside? Just try to think about making the judge life easy so he can have everything in one document.

Thank you that’s exactly what I thought about resending.in terms of hearing yes it’s stated it will be over the phone hearing. 
So regarding letter one party solicitor should arrange call via Legal connection. From what I understand Excel have only legal represents, so who should arrange that? 

I just want to make sure if I just send my number to court I'll not miss anything.

I would just create a full bundle and add a note or comment to say everything is in it.

As above. Create a single bundle. Will not take you too long to do. 

While they are represented as this is a set aside they may not be expecting to have to do so. I would make sure the court AND claimant both have your details , so you cannot be accused of not doing something key.

When collating PDF bundle with WS and all the evidence to support set aside shall I add Draff order as well?

In the Notice of hearing say the hearing will be by telephone.

From what is in the letter there is 2 way to conduct phone hearing: BT and Legal Connection, but hearing notice don't state which will apply in my case. As you advising  I`ll email both court and claimant with my details to avoid any accusation.

Attach any Draft Order separately as it must be a Word Document, not part of a PDF.  The idea is you are giving the Judge a document to use and edit.

I`m just putting it all together but have one question.

When I putting all this together into PDF can I slightly amend the WS (from the one I send with N244 form)  by adding a new point with the statement from the landlord that no post was delivered when we vacate the property?

If you want, as this is a set aside hearing you can pretty much add anything; it's your application to set aside and the Judge will want to see everything relevant.

Thank you! It just small changes as the initial N244 application was made in November, there are small changes that occurred during this time.

When sending this to court with my contact details shall I send this to Excel as well?
