But surely no more dangerous than Westminster Bridge after a Police clapathon.

Well apparently judges are going to be tested.
In county courts civil and criminal cases are heard and some accused in the criminal courts are not bailed. Covid19 is spreading in prisons.

I suspect that a prisoner is less like  to die in prison than an old person in a private care home.

We are all having to adapt to these  "unprecedented circumstances".  My son shops in Waitrose, I prefer Lidl's sliced ghurkins.

Could do both at the same time if displaying symptoms.

It is ridiculous when they are saying that some crimes may go unpunished yet they still want to hear these trivial parking cases.

But these trivial cases are not crimes, they, (whoever they are), do not "want" to hear them, they will hear them for a fee.

But if your disabled badge has fallen off your dashboard your case will still be heard because there is money in it.

  • When you say provide the judge with an editable draft order, do you mean we should copy the order referred to here and type it out in Word?

Yes. The other document will be in pdf format.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
