Result, please let us know if they offer you anything.
We had this reply from Club Lloyds regarding my unused Cineworld vouchers expiring soon.
"Thank you for contacting the Club Lloyds Lifestyle Benefits Helpdesk.

I can confirm that due to the circumstances you will get replacement codes with a full year expiry to make up for the upcoming expiring/expired vouchers.

We will be in touch soon with your replacement codes."
Let`s hope the cinema`s open by next summer!
We will probably go for the Rakuten TV digital movies when the renewal comes up.
Do you know if they are automatically sending out replacement vouchers or do you have to make a request?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the organisation behind supplying the Club Lloyds cinema tickets told me that if the tickets are expiring in several months' time (mine's November) , then to contact them nearer the time as we don't know what shape the lockdown will be by then

This will teach me to pay attention. Did nothing when email came regarding Club Lloyds rewards, just left it to stay the same 12 Cineworld tickets. No idea Odeon was on offer now as well!  We have both where I live & I might have opted for 6 & 6 or all 12 Odeon given that they're valid there for better seating/screening.

I've a feeling our Cineworld may not reopen, was already getting a bit shabby.

    Lesson learnt, useful thread.
Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.

I have just rung the Lifestyle number 0345 303 0303 and they are arranging for my unused tickets that expire end of may to be reissued and valid for a year, so it is not automatic you do have to contact them.

Received replacement codes by email today; just the codes, not vouchers, which replace the 5 that I hadn’t used before lockdown and then their subsequent expiry. New vouchers valid until April. I’m not sure if this process was automatic or in response to contacting them a month ago, but looks like they’ve got their act in place.

I need to contact them. I've had my next set already, but didn't use last ones.

I wanted to change from Vue to Odeon but didn't message in time. I can use the Vue ones but the cinema is in the next town.

We got ours after contacting them. They came in an email - 10 in all about a week ago. As you say, code in the form of a long number, valid until end of April 2021. Lets hope we get to use them! For this years lifestyle we played safe and went for the Rakuten TV movies. We had been running a minimal balance in the accounts but that will change when some regular savers mature this month and will bung £5000 in each at 1.2% until the interest rate inevitably drops.
