I am sorry I thought I had answered all of the questions. please ask the question that is missing so I can answer it. I need the defense template link so I know what to fill out. I don't have an excuse, and leaving me to make an excuse up on my own is probably going to lose the case, because I wouldn't know if that's a legal reason for not paying parking tickets, and I was told to leave the defense previously so I am not prepared now, PLease highlight said questions and I will answer them now?

Keith a Judge called me on my telephone out of the blue when I was at work, explained the civil enforcement have agreed to set aside and drop all charges, except Civil want the original £85.00 because I haven't submitted a defense to them... the judge gave me to Friday to file a defense with them and the judge asked me to call civil enforcement and negioate a what needs to be paid to them...... now I am completely new to this but I feel I have answered everything to the best of my knowledge given how unprepared i was and I have been guided by this page...... and most importantly I need a defense... i need a defense template and I need to send it by Friday..... i am not sure how the question is pressing and correlated?

many thanks to whoever can help with a legally viable defense and the defense template. I am under pressure now. otherwise, I am going to have to write them a letter explaining what happened.

right, wow, I overlooked that because it was so long.... what is a legally valid reason for not buying a parking ticket??? I knew this day would come but I was told at the start I didn't need a defense yet. but my engine was over heating and I pulled in there to call my machinic and get advice and on his advice, I drove home is that a legal reason or....... please add something better
