Very similar, and not significantly different on layout. Certainly not the red hand pointing as suggested. I included a photo of the actual signs which had some health and safety signage on as well as the OPS terms and drew attention to how readable that was in comparison.as I.know a bit.about the regulations.surrounding those. The terms were probbaly in the region of the 650-700 words flagged in the Lewes case(I wasn't gonna count) by the DDJ and I brought attention to that too, and how the judge had commented "I find this signage to be completely inadequate" and a "huge amount of words".Coupon-mad said:Good! That might cause OPS to give up, to stop POPLA reading the judgment.
Are the signs not white 45x45m square standard OPS drivel there then? Like this:

Popla have emailed to say that i was on hold but now they are looking to resume their nonsensical judgements. I've got an extra 21 days to add to what I've submitted but haven't read anything here that will help that I've not originally included. Hopefully that will be enough to put off the helicopter driving scammers1

So a bit of further research has come up with some decent info that is very relevant to the popla appeal. I've logged back into the popla page and there isnt any way of adding to the appeal, as their email suggests. Anyone know how this is done?0

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Received my evidence pack now. Need to have it back for Monday or tuesday. I'm reading through a few of the response threads and also some of what ive been sent has a very obvious response, considering they do their for a job its not very professional. They also seem to be a bit aggrieved I mentioned the ruling in July although it its very low on my appeal list, with no response to my main point.0
