I have replied on the other thread that you started. You need to look at your old thread and post any questions on there. I gave you links to your old threads.kpworld said:I received letter(Letter Before Claim) from Gladstones, please advise me what actions I need to take from here. Yes there were a few costs to claim although I'm not sure on the total amount I know the judge awarded them and they included cost for time spent creating a case and payment for a days missed work so that will be a nice bonus to the start of 2021.nosferatu1001 said:Well done! another one bites the dust!
DId you have any costs to claim?
Once again thanks for all the kind words and it's so good to see so many have also recently beat them at their own game. I honestly thought initially it would be impossible, overwhelming and complicated but it just goes to show what happens when you follow all the amazing advice and make the effort to stand up to them.

You beat a well known scammer, Gladstones
It is incredible that such an old, once respected firm of solicitors have dived into the sewers and will always be known as scammers ......... Google will make sure of that
Make sure you tell your friends

Did the judge not say an amount they had awarded? Or did he just agree with your costs schedule?
Either way well done if yuo do get costs for time preparing etc - thats only available if the judge thinks the C behaved unreasonably. Judges rarely award that!3 -
The judge said the amount awarded the defendant just promptly forgot the information in one ear out the othernosferatu1001 said:Did the judge not say an amount they had awarded? Or did he just agree with your costs schedule?

and so I will await the letter to see the full amount
She definitely agreed to cost of preparing though as I asked that question after the call ended because I wasn't expecting it to be awarded. So that was a lovely surprise.

I presume the OP is the lay rep and not the defendant, so they asked that of the defendant.0

Possible explanation but wouldn't the lay rep be on the call with the defendant?nosferatu1001 said:I presume the OP is the lay rep and not the defendant, so they asked that of the defendant.0 -
