Not that you must produce it in hardcopy in the first place.
Be careful when parsing documents. Different meanings0 -
I took the document to court and the DVLA’s barrister could only splutter so with all due respect I think my interpretation can be relied on here.2

Thank you so much for all the advice so far, especially the information relating to them keeping hard copies. I will be interested to see if they can show any evidence they have this. The SAR is complete and my husband has emailed it across to the RK so they can email it to HX. I'm just finishing up the reply to Gladstone. I'm going to keep it simple for now as they don't really need to much information relating to the incident until they send a real letter before claim. Am I right in thinking that is the correct course of action?0

@zhonguonuren
Speaking of HX's real address - they're keen to keep it quiet of course but they're in the The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre on Hopwood Lane in Halifax.
They had a flat (owned by Kenny I believe) that they used in the past to retrieve victims' info from the DVLA, that address is now listed on the non-domestic rates register.

They use the electronic KADOE link. Your excerpt is worthless for the majority of ppc.V888/3 would normally be used by smaller companies without this link.0
