    You can always try to  claim costs, and its only a stamp. Well worth it.

    Mine was allocated to Judge Herzog. I tried over 50 times to call court today with no luck. Do I email but address to Judge Herzog to confirm?

    I'd post a letter attaching your summary costs assessment (signed & dated like in all the other examples recently) plus a copy of that discontinuance and write a coverig letter inviting him/her to grant your indemnity costs, as assessed by you.

    I am sure there is an example of claiming costs like this, in the NEWBIES thread, in a link to a thread by bluetoffee1878.

    At worst they can only say no , so as mentioned earlier , for the cost of a stamp , a stamp you were going to pay for anyway !!
