Witness statement help needed

Hi all
I have a quick question to try and get an answer to before I start to draft my witness statement, if anyone could help me that would be great! (I am sure I will have more but this is probably my most important point to start)
So, in short, I have a PCN but never received the NTK due to moving house. I do not recall this parking dispute and am being pursued as keeper.
I have requested the NTK 6 times, (twice by SAR) and was ignored. In my defence, I wrote that I have had no success in any requests to access the NTK and then subsequently filed a complaint with the ICO, following that I received a letter from the data team of the parking company stating that they have not witheld any information but they do not hold a copy of the NTK. They state that they can only supply me with the evidence that they retain and the fact that they do not retain a copy does not mean that they cannot pursue the matter in court.... Is this correct?
Also, this is just an issue for me personally but I have no access to a scanner or printer as all public libraries are closed due to COVID-19, I have been made redundant from work so have lost my access to printing and scanning equipment there. My statement is due April 20th - is there any chance of extension given the shutdown?

Is this related to the incident being discussed in your other thread?

If so, then please copy your post above as a reply onto that existing thread.

Yes, it is the same PCN but I have no clear info on the other post now as I tried to delete it and couldn't so I deleted most of my comments or changed info afterwards as I was worried it would be seen

That is going to be my starting point so thank you. Do I ask clearly for it to be struck out based on that or is it frowned upon to ask?
But also... yikes! I have no way of scanning all documents or printing for the court copy. I only have one copy of the docs too  :/

So you have abandoned all the good advice given you on your earlier thread?

Did you complain to your MP as suggested?

so 2 weeks to either borrow a printer from a friend or BUY one from ebay or similar ?

how hard can it be to do such a simple task ?

its always easier to find excuses than get on with a task

and without seeing your other thread how would we know the context ? I havent a clue who the parking company is never mind any other pertinent useful info , like what town or city are you in ?

three quarters of a million people volunteered for Boris to do various tasks and you cannot find ONE person to help you scan and print despite there being all in one multifunction printers available ? (I bought a second hand EPSON WORKFORCE WF2630 3 in 1 printer/scanner/copier from ebay not long ago with replacement cartridges at less than £1 each (times 4)

    one on ebay finishing tomorrow
    eBay item number:

I am from Manchester and the company is Excel Parking Services ltd

I am happy to post all on here again but a brief summary is:
I received a LBC from BW Legal for excel parking services ltd in 2017. I responded to say that this is the first I had heard, could they provide relevant docs specifically NTK. They responded to say that my file was placed on hold whilst their client dealt with my request. 1 month later they wrote again to say my file was still on hold and documents were still being requested. I didn't hear anything back until 2019, I received a new LBC from Excel themselves. I responded and told them of previous correspondence and requested NTK again. They ignored and I requested once more and issued SAR to BW Legal. They sent SAR (no NTK or helpful docs) and said that Excel are no longer their client. I also sent SAR to Excel and they sent back screenshots of my file on their system - no NTK. I sent another SAR specifically requesting NTK. My defence basically says how I had not been provided the information and provided info on my requests for the NTK, I deny i am liable for the the claim as keeper and then received the letter from Excel saying they do not hold a copy of my NTK on file and this does not mean they cannot pursue me in court.

so why not borrow or buy a printer ?

which area of manchester ? we dont want your actual address , but there may be somebody in your area that can assist ?

there are plenty of printers in manchester and you have known for months that this stage needs completing and should not rely on a workplace or a library

have you asked the Manchester court if email is ok for the WS + bundle /

have you asked Excel if email is ok for service of the bundle ?

Also, not to go off track but... are cases being heard properly with the current situation?

if I was to take photographs of documents and upload them using my phone, would that be suitable for my e-copy for parking company? I know I will need to print for court's copy so would these also be suitable or would they need to be scanned either way. (just asking the question - don't rip my head off  )
