The PCN is from Prestwich, I am Rochdale area. I will put a plea out on good old facebook for a printer :)
Also, not to go off track but... are cases being heard properly with the current situation?

unlikely, they seem to be going for telephone hearings or vacating the slots until a later time and telling both parties to try and settle the matter out of court

I am sure there are people with printers in rochdale that could help, plus I posted an ebay option earlier which is the same as mine , so facebook or gumtree may be one or more options for you

there are scanning apps for phones , so that could work, or as you say take good quality pictures and embed them into a pdf , be creative

My date isn't until June, so who knows what will be of the situation by then :/ I will ask whether the email is suitable but will source a printer if not, as you said there is no point avoiding it. I hope a telephone hearing is just as fair although slightly peeved that this means it is easier for the claimant as they are based in Sheffield.
Do witness statements have to be lengthy? I fear mine will be short and sweet (aside from the evidence) as I have nothing much to go off on other than: I was not driving, the car was observed for 13 minutes (timed photos from my SAR show this) and I have no NTK nor do they so they cannot prove they have complied with POFA. I will also contest the £160 as unfair but that is a given on this forum I presume.

just read other recent WS on here and plagiarise for your own WS , adding exhibits using your initials + numbers , plus your summary costs assessment too

post the proposed draft, warts and all , then see what people say about it , I doubt that EXCEL have ever in 7.5 years ever complied with POFA

SO I AM QUITE SURE THAT THEY FAILED POFA IN YOUR CASE

the claimant usually sends a jobbing rep legal beagle to their hearings

    so not the driver
no keeper liability - POFA not met and no NTK by their own admission
no transfer from driver to keeper liability
no landowner authority ? (make them prove it)
poor and inadequate signage that doesnt meet beavis (its rare for signs to comply with Beavis) and your subsequent enquiries as keeper have found this to be the case
grace periods because no parking event happened (the driver entered , must have read the t & c s and decided to leave as promptly as possible

Have a look at the WS in the threads by @keypulse and @Littlewadie and see what they submitted.  Not forgetting your Summary Costs Assessment as discussed in shedloads of threads, including another one on page one right now where the person has asked question after question about WS stage (username starts with 'g' and is short - go find it - no link).

A good one to point people to, as we really CAN'T be here all the time right now, repeating the same old same old.

Thank you for helping, it is appreciated. I will check out the other thread too but this is the signage from before the PCN was issued, it has since been changed but looks like there is a sign upon entering the car parking area. Would it still be worth contesting the signage?

Why is the bottom bit blurred out?  Where did those pics come from?

Could it be another one like ALL the ZILLIONS of others where they are trying to hide that the signs were sometimes in VCS' name and sometimes in Excel's?

What does Google Streetview show you when you change the date using the little arrow, then zoom in?
