@Coupon-mad That is very useful, thank you!
I have emailed both Excel and the County court today to ask both whether email will be accepted. Court have a 50 page limit so I am likely to exceed that.
I have also emailed Excel to request copy of contract with landowner and evidence of planning permission for their signage.
(I have already requested the landowner contract but have been ignored twice.) Not holding my breath but it adds to my evidence I suppose.

Just a quick question (excuse the paranoia)... if my deadline is 20th April and I am able to email WS - would this mean that I can email it to claimant at 6pm (or later) on the 20th April? I do not want them to have it with time to use it for their own. If I cannot email it to them, would I be able to post it as late as 20th April? Thank you!

If your deadline is 20th April, then your Witness Statement, evidence and Summary Costs Assessment must be with the Court by 4pm on that day. I am not sure, but I imagine the time of day deadline is the same for the Claimant's copies.

You would be wise to take this seriously, these companies can destroy peoples' lives
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

As regards email - do you have permission to email it frmo them? Yes or No
If NO have they ever emailed YOU with court docs?
If yes to either, then you can emai lthem
It must be with them before 4pm on deadline day.
