It's nice to be back at work but it is tiring after so long at home. A nice walk with the dog and then a hot bath has helped me relax tonight. Andy is on another late shift today (and tomorrow), I am seeing him on Thursday after work.
Nothing much else to report at the moment, hopefully a nice chilled evening ahead an early night :)

Thank you Beanie, life really is good right now :) The weight is stabilising but I'm very happy with it, the walking is still going along nicely, Andy is making me very happy and it's nice being back at work. Long may this continue! :)

  • Wow, you are really sounding good atm. Am a little jealous 😉 although your walking has encouraged me to get out and about more this past week.

I thought I had posted the other day but obviously not, sorry! Life is still ticking along nicely, work is fine, home is fine, Andy is fabulous :) He's working today then has his kids for the night, I will see him tomorrow afternoon when he's dropped them home.
Last night I went out with friends which was lovely but didn't get in until 3am so am tired today, I've been for a walk down the beach to blow the cobwebs away, this afternoon will mainly be a sofa kinda day.
I have until midnight on Wednesday to complete my virtual Lands End to John O'Groats walk - I currently have just under 70,000 steps to go which will be fine, but I do want it done now as the end is so close :)
