Sorry to hear the problems with your mum's warden Ziggy - it's a stressful enough time without all that extra hassle as well. :disappointed:
I have managed to motivate myself to start decorating my bathroom after a couple of weeks of procrastination. The gloss is done - but I might need another coat on the door tomorrow. I can't tell in this light at all so need real daylight.
Two coats of bathroom paint took me a chunk of the day - I am not a natural at looking after the house and garden. I hate it in fact. Apart from that I went out for the daily walk - I am definitely getting fitter now and really hoping that this is something I can find the time to do once life gets back to normal. I think I might need to make time for it.
No spends as no essentials and shopping needed.

@ziggy2407 that is horrendous that the warden has said that to you Mum. Does the warden have a manager or the organisation have any senior staff/owners/CEO this can be reported to? This needs addressing promptly, they have no doubt said this to other residents as well. People could die.

@DawnW the dinner that keeps on giving is like the story of the magic porridge pot.

@carrielovesfanta sorry to hear you have been made redundant. Congratulations on so people & organisation reaching out to you so promptly, it demonstrates how fantastic a colleague/employee you must be.

@crazy_cat_lady well done on making progress with the bathroom.

I'm not sure where today has gone. I have home educated the children, we have decided not to have a break at the moment as we can't go anywhere nor see anyone. All food & drink was to the meal plan and from stores. Laughed with dd over various things, proper big belly laughs. Printed out 'badge work' sent by the various uniformed organisations the children belong to, they will be incorporated into their schedules starting next week. Read the weekly email, made bread. I must have done more just no idea what.

    Afternoon all :)
Warm here, and it is making me sleepy...
    So far today:
Washed down half of the kitchen (with OH's help), walls, ceiling, paintwork, shelves of cookery books, cooker hood etc. Included the skylight thing with the hanging rack and big utensils etc. Will do the rest tomorrow, but it will be much easier!
Load of washing, drying on line outside
Watered tomato babies on dining table, must do greenhouse seedlings later
Made hot cross buns (well, buns really, as I cba to do the crosses :D) at OH's urgent request. Well, it is Good Friday I suppose! Tried one in the interests of quality control. Must try to squeeze some into the freezer!
Lunch was a cheese and tomato sandwich
Dinner will be cooked cold meat from the freezer with a jacket potato and salad
Must put the utensils back on the hanging rack thing. Done most of them, a couple are in the dishwasher.
Grateful today for local garden centre delivering my compost order - didn't expect it today!

Morning all. Enjoying a coffee and some lovely bird song before the rest of the house wakes. Today's plans:

going 'out to dinner' in the dining room again tonight, having curry (homemade) will make naan bread too, get chicken out of freezer
housework day, so beds will be stripped and washed and pegged out to dry
did one load overnight, another one on now
continue to use up the big tub of in wash stain remover I found
yesterday finished a tub of water softener I found. Put it next to the WM to ensure it got used
continue alternating OOD coffee with non OOD
Continue to use moisturisers I've dug out, one trial size face mask finished yesterday. Skin is much better for it.
Write list of plans DH discussed last night. I've got 9 more weeks isolation, so I want to make it productive. Have some research to do on some of the things. Some we can't do until the world opens again but it will be good knowing we have put the time to good use. Will research some now whilst it's quiet
    knit
Help make camp beds for smalls as they are going to camp out inside tonight for a cubs badge. Will make s'mores after dinner with them.
Input meter reading to app and put reminder in diary For future months as realised today that when the app 'goes to sleep' due to space on my phone it doesn't give me notifications.
Listen to something from last summer that is being replayed in full on the radio today as if it was live. Brings back very fond memories of a particular weekend, so looking forward to it.
    Water seedlings
    practice a language I'm learning. I'm on day 21.

Have a good day all. Purps.

    Morning all :)
Up early and managed to get a shopping delivery slot from Iceland :)
Could do with going back to bed now to be honest! But I want to finish washing down the kitchen walls, ceiling, paintwork etc. I did the worst half yesterday (OH helped) so it really isn't too bad. Also need to:
Shift bags of compost delivered yesterday from front garden round to the back. I am concerned that they might disappear if left at the front.
Continue my quest to be able to buy flour online - or indeed anywhere! But online is the best bet, especially as I can't go out. Sticking to small mills with very busy web sites rather than the profiteers selling on Amaz*n. I will persevere.
    Check banks and update spreadsheet
Lunch will be paninis that DS brought round in lieu of a loaf of bread the other day
Dinner will be lovely sausages made by local butcher
