Morning all
Thanks to valli and natty for the running of the thread.
I'm in if I can keep the BD at bay. Actually managed a bit of sleep last night. Although I was up at 6 had a cuppa then fell asleep again.
WM is on and that's as much as I have done so farI'll finish my cuppa then crack on.

Wm done, what I can I have pegged out, (rental has a very very small yard) rest on airer.Sun now coming out, so I can feel my walk coming on, just rung the cattery is seems the cat is making himself at home, as it is so empty of cats, the owner has sectioned off areas, so my cat has a hugh area to be in, not just his pen, it seems he has 'killed' a mouse and beaten up a ping pong ball so far today and is now sleeping.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

I got washed and dressed, fed the birds and put out the rubbish and recycling - then decided to go for petrol.
Got in to Pip, turned key...… flat battery! And breathe ….. DB has brought his battery charger and put it on via extension lead - so I can't shut my back door, but fingers crossed the problem is being solved. NN came out and offered to help, and will help in the morning if required. A socially distanced three way conversation was held. And DS has offered to take me to work and bring me home againif required.
Right, let's get Sweetie sorted.

I think there will be a lot of flat batteries after this.
I'm dressed, I've changed my bedding as DHs was done yesterday. The bedroom and living room are dusted, handles and switches are cleaned. Now munching crisps while watching telly. Will do my nails next. Have decided I'm going to leave dog walking until later each day.Spend less now, work less later.15 -
Over the weekend I did the urgent shower room, bathroom and kitchen sink so I'm feeling a bit more that I have the right to be back on Fred. I will do my best to keep up this week, even if unable to work from the lists. Thank you for them, Natty and Valli. YL I hope your son's hospital appointment goes well.
Better is good enough.13 -
Good afternoon 😁
I'm in this week - I have nothing better to do! 😂 Thanks for the lists Valli & Natty.
Mademoiselle I'm loving the idea of cleaning the bedroom in 45 minutes - I am still on the decluttering stage, so a long way to go, but you have inspired me.
Skint look after yourself! Can any of the older skints step up with cooking & cleaning? (I'm sorry, I don't know how old they are)
So far this morning DH has emptied the DW, WULTD, done 1 load in WM and is now tackling DS's bedroom after I said I needed to clean mould off the windows. This is the box room. The door is kept shut all night & all day (it used to be open in the day, but the flipping dog decided to be a b@$t@£d and was taking stuff out!) It is gross! He could be a while!!
I have also been busy. I have checked the bank accounts, dusted the fireplace & tv unit and cleaned the sofas. I have also put DS's bedding on a hot wash. I'm just having a cuppa, and then I will clear the hotspot in the LR that is 'my' table - therefore my mess! 😱 I will also take the dog for a walk. I managed to scrape 8k steps last night, with a little pacing up and down! 😂
Have a good day everyone. Its lovely to 'see' some familiar returnees

Our bathroom cleaned.
HHI done
Also cleaned our wardrobe doors, I hadn't noticed before that the mirrored doors had finger marks on them.
It's a lovely sunny day here but very cold with a bitter wind so not going to get any gardening done. But hopefully will get out there soon. But pleased with progress in the house. Going to dot to dot downstairs and try and get that cleaned up by the end of the week.
Keep SMILING

Afternoon all! I am in, need to get a routine going.....this not being at work is driving me nuts! I work as a teaching assistant in a primary school and will only be in work Thursday, although the TA who went in today got sent home because there were no children in. I may only get level one done though as I have some coursework to crack on with.

Battery has been charged and I went the long way round to the petrol station, filled up, and then came a different long way home - so hopefully Pip is now sorted ready for tomorrow's commute. I am liking the new price of petroleum
Dad phoned me in a panic as he couldn't get through to the GP's surgery to order his repeat prescription. He'd driven to the surgery to find it closed, which panicked him even further. Would I ask my 'mates' to help? Bless him, I phoned an alternate pharmacy in town who assured me that the Surgery is still dispensing; so I kept ringing the surgery until I got through. Prescription will be delivered before Thursday. Sorted
There's something strange going on in my head. I'm planning a rearrangement of furniture in the living room, which will involve much shifting of furniture and give me a chance to degrot all those hidden corners. I'm even considering colour schemes for decorating once this pandemic is over. I'm not used to such domesticated thoughts. The chair that I sit on is gradually falling apart - it has a definite tilt to the back left, and iron bits and pieces keep emerging from underneath. I was planning to buy a new chair, and I still may one day, but my mulling and musing has come up with a cunning plan to remove the chair, move everything else around and voila - more floorI'm quite liking floor now that I've got used to it being here.
You ladies are definitely exerting a fluence on me - thank you. Do please continue to do so
Much love
Rxx
