Hearing was scheduled for 10am. Just finished as the claimant had ‘phone issues’ and kept coming on and off the call. Probably trying to bide himself time to actually read the case!
CLAIM DISMISSED!!! Signage illegible so no contract formed.Judge not happy I used ‘copy and paste internet defence’ but awarded costs for time off work. Other costs denied.Thank you so so much to all the posters who helped me through this. Without this forum I’d have paid the bullies’ ransom!6 -

Shame the judge was not happy with internet help .... how else does he think the honest motorist can find out about parking scammers and the dodgy legals ? Bet he uses Google to search for the best deals3 -
UKCPM / Gladstones and I have no idea who the rep was (was going to ask about right of audience but didn’t get a chance).I’m elated. And yes most people would use internet for help defending a claim. I didn’t argue obviously but a win is a win so I’m glad I walk away with them paying ME.4
