NSD 3/20
grateful for;
A beautiful sunny day.
Nephews partner now improving after being really poorly with the virus.
Having enough, and being able to recognise enough is enough, and we don’t need more than enough.
Whats app family chat.
DH having a day off. He works for the L.A with adults who have severe physical and learning difficulties, 20 of his colleagues with health issues were told to go on paid leave for 12 weeks, averaging 2-3 in each development.DH worked 72 hours last week, including 3 night shifts, day services have now closed so their staff are taking up the slack to the point of saturation, and increasing the risk of infection. I know DH is terrified every time he goes to work 🙁9 -

Still on NSD2 as I had to post on something delivered to my house by a relative who lives abroad. It would cost them extra to have it sent direct to them, so they have it delivered to me, with the vague intention of picking it up next time they are over, and then I post it on to get it out of my way when they change their minds. So today's NSD was spoilt for a sub £3 spend.Everything eaten was from stores. Nothing much else has been done. All a bit Groundhog Day -ish. Will do better tomorrow. We have had a chat about a scheduled walk at a set time daily. We need to move more.I am writing a list tonight . So things will get done and I will have a plan, or things will just drift on.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Excellent work on the council tax banding and refund BBK
not a NSD here as I ordered some meat from an online butcher. Several bills have gone out as DD so budgets updated. I've audited my seed box and have plenty to be planting, so will do another round with smalls tomorrow. Would like some oregano, but will message a pal and see if she has any that she can do me a cut of and leave on her drive for me to collect. More use up of out of date coffee and moisturiser.Grateful for:
talking to friends in oz
smalls talking to their friends on face time

Deni - it may be up and down with your new job, but at least it isn't your old job!mothernerd - defo get yourself out on your walks. I'd have probably coshed my mum if I'd had to move into her house...Today I am grateful for a good night's sleep, for dh helping me to empty the bottom half of the compost bin - it has a door you can dig it out through, for getting started on a 1000 piece jigsaw, for getting out with dd and her taking some photos, for the wealth of freebies on tinterweb, for dh doing a sterling moss-removal job on the flat roof.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!12

Friday- NSD 3.
A summary of the months plan- I will aim for as many NSDs as possible, definitely 15, maybe 20 as I can't go anywhere I suspect I might get there, but will see as the month progresses.
I will be eating from the cupboards and freezers, I'm looking at this as a challenge to find the back of my tins and jars shelf! Minimal shopping shall occur- when I need fresh veg etc I will have a list and stick to it.
Budgets are sorted (although may be a bit wrong- no clubs and sports, less fuel than normal but more food eaten at home and some prices in shops all over the p!ace. I have wriggle room, will record spends to try and have a more accurate budget next month if this continues.
No unnecessary spending- as most of my unplanned spends happen when I pop into a shop and wander round, this shouldn't happen. If I'm in a shop the aim will be to get in and out as fast as possible! I will be using the local shop a bit more for milk etc. It's more expensive but as I'm not working i'm not driving through towns with supermarkets so cheaper than the fuel I would use just to get milk and bread. Also I would miss the convenience of the local shop for picking up the odd thing normally if it wasn't there.
No work so no issues with lunch. They will all be eaten at home.
Spring clean- I would love to. However having DD at home means I'm struggling to get routine housework done, undermine anything extra! I will try- would like to get some decluttering done while I'm forced to stay home.
Donate- foodbank collection at church.
Check in daily- will aim to.
Gratitudes - I suspect will be repetative. For today- a walk in the sunshine, video call with mum and dad, dancing to music from my youth on Alexa, DDs brownie leader supplying some activities for the holidays, science experiments in the kitchen working out!8
