I've looked at the TUI 'contact us' page on their website and it appears that they have removed email as a way to contact them, I can only see different telephone numbers.
So you are probably wasting your time trying to email them.

Hi
I have just waited over an hour in a que to speak to a Tui rep to ask for a full refund as I received a holiday cancelled email, the rep said that I would have to call back at the end of June because I need to wait on a 20%credit email before I can apply for a full refund, I told her that there is a paragraph in my email which states that you have to wait However you can call for a refund but the que will be long, she said yes I have had lots of people saying that and we need to look at the wording, can you imagine how many customers have waisted their time like I have, Tui statement below
• If you’re unable to accept a refund credit you can apply for a refund; due to the volume of holidays impacted, we’re asking you not to contact us until you receive your refund credit so we can continue helping customers in date order. However, if you do need to request your refund before this you can do so using the details below. Please be aware that our call centre teams are incredibly busy, so call waiting times are considerably longer than usual. You can call 0203 451 2868 between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
Waste of time

I have tried emailing TUI customer services. Receiving this Failure notice "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <email@customerservices.tui.co.uk>: No mx record found for domain=customerservices.tui.co.uk" - Beware!

I have just tried calling TUI on 0203 451 2868, picked booked online, travelling with Tui airlines and then got told to call back, no facility to wait to get through. I have received my credit voucher and whilst I would like to use the voucher am worried we will just lose the money if TUI go under. I know that the holiday is ATOL protected but lets face it if all these holiday companies go bust where are ATOL going to get the money to refund everyone.
Does anyone have a number that works for TUI

Now it just picks up and tells you they can't take your call, do not even have the option to go through the menu.

Apologies if this has already been asked but....
If our holiday in gets cancelled, which is looking increasingly likely, we are happy to have the refund credit plus incentive and move the holiday to same time next year. Having had a look, this would be about £100 more than the refund credit plus up to 20% incentive, which would mean us paying extra. Would there be room to negotiate them selling it at no extra expense to us seeing as we paid an original price, they cancelled and we have accepted refund credit, meaning we are still giving them business?
