You send your witness statement to the court in line with the instructions on your notice of allocation.  MCOL has no involvement once you have submitted your defence and DQ.

No, definitely not.

MCOL plays no further part once a case is transferred to a hearing court.

It just says to submit it to the court 14 days before but says no way of how to submit it or where. I cant get through to the courts I have been trying all day the number doesn't even ring. Ive tried different courts cant get through to any.

There was a post on the previous page of this thread indicating a national problem with court phone lines.

Which court has this been allocated to? Someone here may have experience of, or at least knowledge regarding, that court to be able to better-advise you.

So theres no way to send anything to Burnley county court online. All it says is there address doesn't seem right that I can only send by post. Should I email it to there solicitors?

We told you how to submit a WS and evidence to the LOCAL COURT WHO SENT YOU THE ORDER. 

We said, send by email.  We did NOT say randomly try to shove something in online on the system used only by the centre that first handled the case before it even got allocated to Burnley.

Ill be honest I seen that email earlier on but didnt think I would submit it there it sounded more like a help line email for the court. I just selected a court near myself haha. To be honest I have been majorly stressed trying to do it Im awful on word and have had a crying baby wanting me to pick him up. Trying to work from home but had to do this most of the day. Really sorry for being hard work with it all. 

I have submitted the witness statement and schedule of costs and now ill just wait for the hearing date.
