The pandemic has altered a lot of topics including courts , online emails etc , especially if judges are working from home or in chambers in court

Judges are fully aware that people cannot remember details from years ago , I don't remember either , I have no idea why your vehicle was there and neither does the judge or the claimant

Remember , it is for the claimant to prove their case , you don't have to prove anything

The pcn can only relate to a single period of parking. 

 24/09/18   Entered at 15.50  exited at 16.12.  That is a single period of parking.
Then the alleged return,   entered at 16.32  exited at 17.36.   Second period of parking.  
There was nothing wrong with the first period of parking  was there ?  Have they given you any details about any breach ?   No.   Therefore,  the return cant be included so they can't get you for that

Same again for the 28/09/18

it says no return within 90 minutes thats what the case is about?

reading loads of information here really and I have messed up and should of had the witness statement and stuff ready but I wasnt sure what I was defending I only found out what part of the contract they are saying I broke on monday. So I wasnt aware what to even defend and has given me barely any time to look into cases similar to mine and make a proper witness statement. Impossible to do that by tomorrow. Is there anybody on here that charges for creating a witness statement that might have the knowledge to do a WS suited to my case. Ive got only a few hours to do it and last time to do my defence it took days of reading and after reading another defence then mine was pretty weak.

I need to travel to the multi story car park and collect evidence as well.

Yeah I understand that. On reading other peoples witness statements they have gathered evidence and a lot of it and you can tell they have taken a lot of time to write. I only found out what I was defending on Monday which gives me 5 days to write my witness statement to have it suited to my case. On all the other paperwork it just says broke the contract and doesnt state what part of it. 

If I call up their solicitors and offer to settle and negotiate the money down can that be seen as admitting guilt and they could reject it and take me to court.
They called me last Thursday to offer me £350 to settle and I replied with is that what your offering to pay me? As you havnt even told me what Im defending yet it doesnt even say what part of the contract I broke so I wont be paying you a penny. Feel like a right idiot now.

You are simply meant to use the SINGLE example WS in the NEWBIES thread...right now, and change what you know to be the facts, at the top.  Or say you have no idea but put the claimant to proof that there was any breach and who was driving on each visit.  Attaching the usual exhibits that you see in the example WS.  There is only one.

Should have taken you about an hour tonight and if you need to add photos, add them in the morning.

Can I file the witness statement via email tomorrow night? doesnt have to be by 5pm or anything does it?

Nathan, your Order from the Court tells you the deadline and time...please read what you have, you have been told this by the court.

You have been defending since 09 March 2020 , nothing has changed

The normal timeline of events is being followed
