Yes, you can, as that constitutes evidence.  You can refute any statement in their WS that is incorrect and use anything that goes in your favour.

I think you need to be reading some word processing advisory pages through Google to find out your options. You're drifting so far away from what this forum is primarily for - private parking tickets.

yeah sorry just struggling for time to do it my case is at 10am 20/11/20. So it needs to be submitted today 14 days before. Theres no mention of what time today though I have tried calling the courts multiple times it doesnt even ring tells me what option to press then doesnt ring. Im on with it im just hoping I havnt handed it in to late.

In WORD, you click on Insert and then Text Box, then you can type a number in the text box.  Word can be a bit funny when trying to do this over the top of any item such as a picture and you will have to right click on the picture and tell it how you want to Wrap Text.  I hate Word for annotating pictures as you seem to spend ages chasing them over the page and don't even start me on what happens if you want another page!  When you have successfully placed your pictures and numbers, save the file as a .pdf otherwise the positioning and formatting can be lost when you send it to anyone else.  However, as @Umkomaas states we are straying away from parking issues.

Do a belt and braces job on it then - hand-write the number on them.

The witness statement should not include pictures , it should reference them as initials and number , such as below , but be just text , so refer to each one as

Exhibit STW/01 , STW/02 , etc , where STW is your initials , the pictures are appended to the bundle and each one has the reference added

The full bundle should include

Witness statement
Exhibits (evidence)
Summary costs assessment

There is a national issue with the court phones at the moment.  Am sure the 'deadline'  is 4 oclock but dont quote me on that
