That's what I thought and then I realised the OP might mean "I'll just wait until the hearing date arrives and then attend the hearing", rather then I'll wait to be notified of the date."
  • No need to apologise.
    Fingers crossed from now then.

I’ve been majorly busy setting up my new business and forgot to give an update of how it went.

I won my case and it was all thrown out. The judge was very fair and argued my point and the parking companies points as if we both brought solicitors. The judge decided that due to my first arrival time and the time I left the 2nd time still didn’t add up to 3 hours I was still within the 3 hours free parking. He also said their was no loss to the parking company as me leaving and coming back still within the first 3 hours was the same as me just going to a different parking spot on the same level or a different level which wouldn’t of constituted a ticket.

thanks for all your help everyone saved me over £400.

hope you have all had a good Christmas and new year.

Well done. 🥂. Thank you for feeding back your result. Feedback is vitally important and does help keep regulars motivated, otherwise without it, we would have no idea whether we are having any impact.  Without knowing the results, what's the point in us coming here every day?

A monkey off your back.   Keep clear of private car parks if at all possible!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
