Pre pandemic courts had a 50 page printing limit and sometimes exorbitant charges for printing too , so the preferred and standard method of hand delivering your own paginated bundle into the court itself was the preferred and usual method
Depending on the court , because it varies , so you should already know this answer after reading the paperwork and checking their website
If you have the claimants permission for email to them , or they used email instead of paper , then use email , but a paper bundle posted with a free certificate of posting is the preferred standard method
The third bundle you print and Keep for the date of the hearing
Because each court has different options , we cannot tell you your Court requirements , so what we think is irrelevant , you should be reading and checking yourself
Due to the pandemic , email has become more common , your court will tell you or have instructions
Big courts like Manchester already have all the info on their website , some are or were closed due to covid
Your question is impossible for us to answer , but historically it was paper bundles , handed in to the court and posted to the claimant , so as mentioned in the last reply , read your court papers but more importantly , check their website , because big courts expect you to know the procedures (by checking online)2 -

CovidUnless the PPC's solicitors have agreed to, or exchanged substantive correspondence via email, then you must follow their requirements for service - as shown on the court claim form. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Then that is one half of your answers , providing that you stick to that limit
If the claimant hasn't given you permission to use email , if they haven't served email upon you , if the paperwork has their postal details , then that is the method you use
So you use the methods they both allow and have agreed , unless told different , especially if covid has altered the decisions by either or both parties , or if a judges or court directions have arrived (which has happened a lot over the last 3 months)3 -

Mail sent 1st class is deemed "served" (delivered) 2 working days later ... that's why we advise to get a free certificate of posting from the PO, as it shows that you sent something to an address on a certain date. Given that the 6th is Monday you could have sent it on Friday (3rd) as Saturday is classed as a working day for mail deliveries, but sending today doesn't harm you.3

Reading through this thread again, it is very clear that the incompetence of Gladstones is shining it's bright light again2

I tell people I help locally just to email Gladstones their WS & evidence and ignore the line about them not accepting service by email. It's been fine!
If it's good enough for courts during COVID then it's good enough for scam robo-claim solicitors. You could always do both but no wasting 'signed for' delivery on it of course, for obvious reasons, and send them a hotch-potch of papers in a heap, not in order or organised in a file.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does the scammer's WS include a copy of the alleged landowner contract? If so, please post it here.
